I recently used this company regarding my decision to go for Life Time Mortgage (Equity Release ) Obviously I had concerns as this was all new to me I need not have worried as everything was explained very clearly I dealt with Justin who was extremely helpful from the word go He dealt with all phone calls and questions with simple answers He also dealt with the lenders and solicitors on my behalf and was extremely helpful with through to completion

I had been thinking of equity release for several months,eventually got in touch with Access Equity Release and spoke to my advisor Justin Ofoche, who couldn't have been more helpful,friendly and professional. I was thinking about retiring and needed to know I could still manage my mortgage on pensions. I applied and was very pleased with the response, it was quick efficient and easy to understand. All three of the representatives were excellent and explained the process every step of the way.

I had a really helpful adviser. Dean supported me all the way through the process and I was treated really well. At the last minute it was a bit of a rush to get the money through on time but the company came up trumps. Altogether a good experience.
