Third time is a charm…
This is the third time my husband & I have booked with Molly at Ace Flights.
The service she provided has always been good however this time it was exceptional.
Having to source flights at short notice on alternative routes to avoid the Middle East whilst managing to keep costs and transit times acceptable was a big ask, but she managed it and provided us with several options.
We cant thank you enough for enabling us to make it to Australia for our sons wedding.

Patient help during a time of stress
Kevin went over and above to help me find another flight to Australia when mine was cancelled. I needed very specific dates and he spent a long time searching. I was very tired, stressed and anxious, but he remained patient and polite, as I rejected his every offer! In the end, he found flights that suited me. Thank you for your help.

Flights to avoid Dubai
As the conflict in the Middle East expanded I decided to ask for my Emirates flights via Dubai to NZ to be refunded.
I spent 4-5 hours online searching for new flights to Wellington and found no solutions that worked for me. I did not want to spend long layovers alone in a foreign airport. Sid took this on board and came up with an amazing itinerary which was not too expensive. And with short layovers.
I could not be more grateful. Such a relief. And I have been booked to have assistance which gives me access to bulkhead seats. That is a huge bonus. I’m nearly 80 and suddenly feel grateful to be old!

Typically I would book my own flights online however with the constant changes in prices and availability due to the conflict in the middle east it was very difficult to manage. Very quick service
Very quick service - Gave Kevin details of our requirements - we were booked through Dubai just over a week after the US/Israel bombing of Iran.
There was a complication in that one of the party was to fly UK>Brisbane>UK and the other two members of the party was to fly UK>Brisbane & Perth>UK.
We all wanted to sit together where possible.
Kevin sorted very quickly at a good price.

Ace Flights and help from Stella
Having Stella on the end of the phone was a great help she was able to talk me through the procedure and help with any difficulties I had in understanding what to do and there was a few!. Not only that, she sorted me with a great value flight at Very short notice for a family emergency on the other side of the world, so my stress levels were high. I cannot thank Stella enough!

Don’t piddle with d pirate! My previous good review about Ace…
My previous good review about Ace Flights need to b taken down! ASAP please! as I had not then understood how Unhelpful and Bad! This company is!
Like! I still have no idea how much Kevin charged me for his ‘help’ in booking me with my last 6 flights from UK to NZ (I have asked repeatedly for this info and he sidesteps as all Con artists do!) so certainly I was given the same fake runaround as all the other negative reviews mention!
He/ they also give NO refund in flights and NO help on getting visas.
Go! Online with Expedia! Will b my advice to myself ! and any other burnt person by this toxic company who are after all from the same branch as their previous ACE kin?! Long gone down!
This will also now occur! having made that fatal mistake of having piddled with d pirate! Arrgh! 🏴☠️ Pirate Mary Out!

The personalised service we received via phone calls and return calls as promised, and in a timely manner. All emails queries were also addressed promptly.
Every avenue was explored, and Mollie gave us a great flight schedule to suit our needs for a Christmas in Australia with family. I would highly recommend Ace flights to anyone.
