I've ordered from these on in December and they keep saying that it's on the way I really wouldn't recommend buying from these guys.

Lucky love windchime purchased. Advertised as made from recycled iron horse shoes with steel nails, handmade, shipping from Tulsa in America. Very cheap flimsy lightweight product with no nails. Can't return because would cost more than it cost. Don't buy from this company. Doubt they are from America - label with Chinese symbols on packaging.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still no parcel! Received 2 tracking numbers. One said my parcel is in USA the second in China. When asked to cancel the order and refund, no answer. Avoid!

I ordered two bras on the 2 nd of February .. I haven’t had an E mail to say when they will be delivered!! Absolutely no correspondence whatsoever!! Terrible customer service by them!

Ordered drones all faulty...offered 2£ refund...don't bother to use...

Ordered a colour correcting face cream which they advertised as covering red marks on face. It is just a greasy white cream that does nothing!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ! You receive various messages saying that the item has been shipped from the USA which is an absolute load of rubbish as the postage labels indicate when you finally receive the items, they are originally from China but shipped within the UK if that’s where you order from, and yet you still have to wait weeks for the items to arrive, they sell items using videos and photos of another companies product which is nothing like what you receive, extremely poor quality bra, poor quality materials nothing like the advertisement or description and offers absolutely no support or comfort whatsoever, don’t waste your money!!!!

If I could mark it 0 stars I would! Please don’t waste your money on the absolute rubbish unfit for purpose products. The customer care is 0 and I was told that I cant return as it will cost more than the tat that I received.
I think the firm is a scam. I am reporting them to Trading Standards

Total rip off merchants I order a daughter necklace with a card with verse on and the card was all that come and it said necklace and card and all they kept saying is all products was sent said they would refund me but never did horrible company please don't order off them or you will be very disappointed and ripped off people like that anger me especially as people are struggling and they still want rip people off very sad

Item stopped working after a few uses. Am still in contact with company, who have just offered me £1 compensation, previously it was £2. I have just replied that I won't a full refund, will await their reply

Quality awful. Avoid at all costs. You can’t return easily and they charge high fees to send back

Avoid this company at all costs! Product was not as advertised - very flimsy, poor quality material and it didn't do anything like what they claimed it did on the website. Returns are impossible - all you get is computer generated responses, telling me I should keep it or give it away, because it will take too long to organise a return and cost me a lot of money to return it, as they are in China! I will have to try to get a refund via Paypal, as they are not providing any return information or a refund, and keep on telling me to just keep it!

I ordered 3 necklaces for my daughters for christmas they didnt come till after new year and i opened the 3 boxes 1 was empty after back and forth with them i was basically called a lier as the spoke to who packed my order and they said they put 1 in each box now i cant give them because i cant give to 2 daughters and leave 1 out. Please dont order from them

Do not buy anything from this company they are thieves and that’s it.

I ordered something for Christmas presents. Kept getting emails saying they are being shipped via America. Eventually got an email to say they had been delivered to a neighbour. There are only 7 neighbours, none of them have the parcel. The company wont chase up Royal Mail to find out what happened to the parcel and RM website states it must be the shipping company who file a complaint. So i have no parcel and am £26 worse off. Don't use this company.

Do not use as no goods received and a full refund refused by company . Now trying via other processes . Tracker link not legitimate for checks . Review would have been no stars .

Ordered items 3 weeks ago and not arrived for Xmas. Totally useless service DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE YOU WILLBE DISAPPOINTED.. XMAS RUINED!!!

Don't even want to give them one star.
Stay away. Told them product didn't work, was told to return but would cost alot so said I could keep product and have £5 refund. Had to agree but they should have refunded me 100%.
Don't use them in my opinion.
If they had refunded me them wouldn't be writing this ..karma!

order placed 4th December still not arrived and no idea when it will. it allegedly is in US customs. I doubt I will see it. I think this is a dodgy site. AVOID
