The base of the wreath is very flimsy & needs to lie flat under a heavy weight to flatten it out. There are nowhere near as many ornament bits as shown on the box. Not a quality item at all.

Stay away
Contacted the seller within an hour after placing my order, once I realised that they have charged me extra £3.29 and I found the same item cheaper in UK. Their policy
states that order can be cancelled if it is not shipped. They constantly kept answering that it's too late to cancel that it's shipped but only now, 4 days later received shipment email stating that ir was shipped only today.

I ordered the patio terrible company cleaner back in…
I ordered the patio cleaner back in august . This item has never arrived and after endless emails they are finally agreeing to issue a refund! Well I say a refund they want to deduct the shipping and part of the cost of the item shipped. I am absolutely disgusted that they think it’s okay for the customer to take the hit ! I have never been treated this badly by an online company. I would recommend people stay well clear of this company!
