Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza con il servizio clienti di Acqua di Parma. Pia è stata gentile, professionale e molto disponibile fin dal primo contatto. Ha capito subito il problema, ha verificato che il flacone fosse effettivamente difettoso e ha trovato una soluzione con grande attenzione verso il cliente, nonostante non si trattasse di un prodotto della produzione attuale. È bello vedere un marchio di questo livello prendersi cura dei propri clienti e garantire la qualità dei propri prodotti anche dopo l'acquisto. Jeg kjøpte en flaske Colonia. Men etter noe tids bruk oppdaget jeg til min store forskrekkelse at slangen som bringer parfymen opp til sprayen, var falt av. Ergo: En måtte holde flasken opp ned for å få ut godlukten. Krise!

Jeg antok at dette ikke var noe å gjøre med, og glemte hele saken. Nå er sommeren her igjen, og jeg har virkelig et ønske om å bruke parfymen (den er god året rundt, men best om sommeren!). Dette er ingen billig parfyme - og litt vanskelig å få tak i der jeg bor. Så jeg sendte dem en e-post for å si ifra, i et håp om at jeg KANSKJE kunne få en ny spray-cap for å få ut resten av innholdet.

Mailen ble sendt, og kort tid etterpå fikk jeg en svært hyggelig e-post fra Elsa på Acqua di Parma sitt hovedkontor. Joda, dette kunne de ordne. Jeg svarte med en video av flasken og bilde av batch-nummer, sant bekreftelse på kjøp. Svaret kom raskt: De sender en ny flaske!

Svært fornøyd - og er ikke i tvil. Min neste parfyme blir fra Acqua di Parma!

I have bought and used several different Acqua di Parma products. I have been delighted with all of them.

In April I bought a 100ml bottle of Mirto di Panerea in a shop in Venice. Unfortunately I managed to drop the bottle in my bathroom back home in the UK a week or so later. This damaged the sprayer pump and made this unusable. This was my fault completely.

I contacted Customer Care at the Headquarters. I received excellent support and assistance from them and particularly from Elsa Marku. After providing some clarity, Elsa sent me via DHL, in 24 hours a new sprayer pump at no cost. What amazing service! I am a very happy customer.

I bought the new Buongiorno Buonanotte Eau d. Parfum in the store in Rome which was only available in 100ml.
Very expensive (270€) and smells good but it doesn't last at all so nobody can smell it. Disappointing :-(

un brand di lusso si differenzia proprio con il servizio post vendita. troppo facile vendere in negozio un oggetto e poi lasciare il cliente da solo in caso di necessità. nella figura della sig.ra Pia ho trovato immediatamente una persona che ha compreso il problema e lo ha risolto in poco tempo. con educazione e cordialità. quindi complimenti.

Today i received the €175,- book,im very pleased with it,it came along with 2 samples,the iconic little paper bag and the yellow box all wrapped excellent,such a pleasure to unpack everything,big compliments CHAPEAU!!!

I had a small issue with a diffuser, and when I raised it with customer service, Pia resolved it with impressive speed. Smooth, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout — a top customer service experience. I’ll happily continue as a loyal Aqua di Parma customer.

Seguo il brand da molti anni oramai, e non finisce mai di stupirmi con le sue fragranze , sempre al passo con i tempi conservando la tradizione di eccellente qualità , entusiasmo nella comunicazione e servizio clienti eccellente. Difficile trovare di meglio . Acqua di Parma e' un marchio che oramai mi porto addosso del quale non riesco a fare a meno. Dalla eau de cologne, all' emulsione rinfrescante dopobarba, al balsamo mani, tutte fragranze che mi rendono felice, mi mettono di buon umore oltre ovviamente a portare giovamento al mio corpo. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza sensoriale, sono sicuro che non vi pentirete.

Ho acquistato dal sito e segnalato le difficoltà di navigazione, la mancanza di filtri e in generale la lentezza del processo. Bè di contro posso affermare che il customer care, nello specifico nella persona di Elsa, è di livello che racchiuderei con una sola parola: ECCELLENTE. Velocità nella risposta, cura del cliente ma soprattutto una gentilezza ed educazione ormai rare da trovare. Da un'eccellenza italiana, un customer care eccellente.

Il customer care di Acqua di Parma è efficiente ed attenta ai suoi clienti cercando di trovare soluzioni soddisfacenti. La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva mi ha seguito Elsa che ha capito il problema, lo ha seguito step by step fino alla soluzione definitiva. I recently ordered a 5 pack of samples for £29, plus £9 in postage. This was to allow my husband to choose a new aftershave and I deliberately chose to order these directly from Acqua di Parma as they were promoting that you could get a voucher for the £29 to redeem against a full sized bottle.

Unfortunately between making a decision as to what I would order and checking out, I somehow missed that this voucher is only available if you check out as a registered customer, not a guest.

I consider myself fairly switched on when it comes to online shopping but have been left feeling cheated. I have contacted the company and they are adamant that this was very clearly stated on their website, I don't agree.

Please be careful if you are ordering from here. £38.00 was a lot of money to spend on 5 × 1.5ml samples.

expensive car diffuser does not fit most new cars. I have a new gen BMW and new gen mini, these v expensive items do not fit recessed vents. OK if a cheap throwaway but im upside down for 2 of them @150£ each. Customer service tries to support but put simply the item is not designed for many new gen cars. Should be a warning on the website.

Acqua di Parma have managed to turn a simple gift order into a complete farce. The delivery was delayed, the birthday message was missing, and there was no gift card included at all, despite being a gift order. That’s not just sloppy. It’s insulting.

The gift bag was laughably small for the size of the order, making it completely unusable. For a brand that sells itself on elegance and class, this is nothing short of amateur hour.

Customer service was useless and dismissive when I raised the issue. I expected a premium experience and got nothing but excuses. This is not how you treat customers who pay for luxury.

Any wonder they’re scoring 2.2 here on Trustpilot. Keep ignoring the problems and watch the brand collapse. This level of incompetence doesn’t just damage reputation — it destroys it. Sort yourselves out, Acqua di Parma.
