I highly recommend Acutrack's printing and fulfillment services. I have been using Acutrack to support my publishing business' sales through through Tik Tok shop. It is an excellent value, the printing is top notch, and the customer service is very helpful and timely. My customer service team at Acutrack are very proactive. When I get notifications about TikTok shop policy changes, I know that my Acutrack representative will be handling the issue. They stay on top of all policy changes and also help educate me and other customers about new opportunities. Very customer service oriented. I'm not a techie person and their tech people are so patient and make sure everything is set up and working smoothly. I was really unsure about adding this to my business (selling books on my own) and Acutrack really made it stress free. Highly recommend.

I’ve sold over 1,000 books using Acutrack for printing and fulfillment, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The print quality is strong, fulfillment is reliable, and orders are handled smoothly end-to-end.

I like that when I have any issue team members are alway willing to address it by scheduling an appointment or even sooner then that when possible. I like that they coordinate different member to address the issue when needed and show me how the issue was addressed in real time via the web.
