Great products and great service.
Except for the thinsulate shooters gloves that the stiching let go on first time I tried them on.

Merino wool LS: wore in autumn in Tassie while mountain biking, without a backpack. Barely sweated, didn't get stinky, was warm early in the morning too. Cannot fault it. Customer service was without delay too.

I couldn't be happier with the level of service and care provided by Andy and the team at Adventureco. From my first inquiry he was responsive, attentive, and took great care to understand my needs and explain my options in detail. Their generous returns policy and easy to use website was the icing on the cake.

I would happily shop here again and would gladly recommend Adventureco to my friends.

Quick and good service, but the items were all sent separately which seems a little unsustainable. I liked that a couple of them were wrapped in compostable bags though.

Pretty slow with postage...

Sorry mate, forgot you are in Melbourne where there seems to a lockdown or public holiday happening most of the time. I take back back what I said about slow postage.

Your upfront guy Andy was a blessing to me after trying so hard for many hours to find the right barefoot running shoes. None so ethically produced.
So inspired by your commitment to sustainability rather than just adding to the pollution of this beautiful yet suffering planet. The Creation ordinance : to care for the planet and its peoples too. You are doing your best.

Edit: my order has arrived within one week, I didn't receive any shipping information but it was dispatched the day after I ordered. customer service has been very helpful and resolved the issue within minutes.

Haven't received any updates on my order after one week even though the product was in stock. After the payment confirmation I haven't received any updates regarding delivery, the company isn't following their own shipping policy as stated on there website. I also wasn't able to get the 10$ discount of the first order despite signing up to the newsletter.

Edit: customer service has now contacted me after I reached out to them and my order is being shipped

I was chasing Vivobarefoot shoes and determined my shoe/feet size according to directions, but made a note in my order to Adventureco that this seemed a bit off and made mention of other branded running shoe sizes I wear. Got a call from Andy at Adventureco to discuss and with his great working knowledge across shoes brands and the like he re-sized me up. They have arrived and are spot on! Thanx Andy!

I thought the balaclava was great, it's has been well stitched together, the only thing is I wish it was a bit longer at the bottom
