It's been great working with the AIPT Fitness Faculty team. You guys are always friendly and helpful. In particular, I just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Abi and Ben. Abi was super patient and happy to go the extra mile to help. Ben was super chill, helpful, and accomadating in answering my questions.
On a slightly differnet note, I have found the PTCB01 Knowledge Quetsion to have quite a few confusing and/or unclear questions. Overall I've found most assessments clear, just this one that is at times confusing.

Smooth and Supportive Enrolment Experience
The enrolment process was straightforward and well-supported. Kristy assisted me with all my queries throughout the process and was always prompt and responsive. After enrolment, I had a query regarding portal access, and Layko from AIPT was extremely efficient in resolving the issue over the phone, ensuring I had immediate access.
Overall, it has been a very positive experience at the start, and I look forward to it continuing the same way throughout the course.

I agree with all the 1 star reviews they only care about getting your money and that’s it. Anything they do teach you is not relevant in the real world. If you try and get out of the course they will force you to stay in by continuing taking your money (sorry they don’t like to word forced you can choose to keep paying them for nothing). If you are thinking of using AIPT please contact me first.

What made the experience very…
What made the experience very effortless and memorable during the application process at the AIPT were the staff members.
The friendly, bubbly staff are a pleasure to talk to. A clear understanding of how the system worked made it easier to understand how the application process worked. Tamara, a friendly staff member, made the application process effortless.
As for the fee, though it is towards the higher price range, the payment plans are flexible, therefore making them affordable. Whether you are working full-time or part-time, the self-paced online work system is a great platform for anyone who wants to study while they are working.
I would recommend the AIPT to anyone who wishes to look into a career in Personal Training/fitness.

I would highly recommend AIPT
AIPT and everyone who I got to work with were always super helpful and supportive. If you got unsatisfactory during one of your assessments the course marker would guide you towards the right answer without answering the question purely for you. The support team was always able to answer any of my questions over the phone and quick to respond via email, so I was never waiting on hold or days for an email back. Lastly I’d like to thank Emjay for frequently checking up on me and my progress during my cert III and IV studies.

I’m very grateful for the lovely staff member who helped me the other day. I tried to solve the issue on my own but I just couldn’t figure out why it was not working. I gave up and called the institute and after quickly explaining my problem, Layko (who answered my call) knew right away what to do and resolved the issue literally within minutes!
