Great customer service
Made my usual order of contact lenses but I never got them by UPS's fault. Alensa customer service was very helpful and a new parcel was shipped shortly.

I haven’t received my parcel
I haven’t received my parcel - it’s ended up in cork! I live in Louth - I provided the correct address - the parcel is still in cork!

Delivery in one day !!
The order arrived exactly in the following day. Everything perfect.
I have bought many times lenses from competitors , none of them delivered the order in one day. I find this very important because some times I was out of lenses and service provided by others was not that fast. Packaging and freshness of contact lenses is amazing. Expiring in 2029.
Also the price was unbeatable. I will buy again.

Excellent Customer Service
My initial review was not a good one but that was due to UPS being incompetent. The Customer support I received from Alensa was excellent and all my previous purchases have been without issue.

Good service but …
Good but unfortunately if you live in West Cork the couriers, Lastway and UselessParcelService are beyond a joke. Delivery is at their convenience , not yours, the customer. The last two orders have been painful so I will be going elsewhere in the future.
