Alfred & Co. London Reviews

Absolutely fantastic sent in and received in a few days and excellent materials. The product is definitely a 10 out 10.

I ordered a 22 inch chain necklace on the 9th June and paid extra for express delivery (1-3 days.)which means that it should have been delivered between the 10th and 12th of June. One day after ordering the item I received an email from royal mails tracking system, telling me that it was expected to be delivered on Wednesday the 11th June, however it never was. I then emailed Alfred and co TWICE regarding the issue and it is now Monday the 16th of June and I still haven’t had any reply from Alfred and co and the last update I had from Royal Mail was on the 12th June, and the tracking information said that my item was “sent to Mount pleasant WC Delivery office in error.” I can understand that this isn’t necessarily Alfred and co’s fault, however the fact that they have ignored my emails is absolutely disgusting. How can you claim to be a great company and then ignore a customers emails about a genuine enquiry? I probably will never be ordering from this company again, and I would advise everyone to stay away!

so happy with my new chain and bracelet set 10/10

Lovely item of jewellery, looks and feels like a quality chain,my grandson is going to love it. Cannot fault the service delivery or price. Would definitely buy from Alfred & Co again.

I received a bracelet as a gift and I love it - great quality

Ordered item for father's day. Received no tracking information. I emailed, filled in online form and messaged on Instagram and Facebook and had no response. Took my money and no item

Quick delivery quality chain purchased for my partner box was lovely.

I won’t go anywhere else I love Alfred & Co. for their great service and jewellery

Prompt delivery and good quality

Brilliant bracelet and necklace set - highly recommend.

I ordered a 20 inch chain and was sent an 18 inch chain, I was told that upon returning this item I would be refunded the cost plus the return postage. Guess what I wasn't and I had to chase the refund which wouldn't have been given otherwise. If you are after anything buy it elsewhere not from this SHAMBOLIC poor excuse of a company

i ordered a bracelet for my partners birthday and don’t get me wrong it is lovely however over the month and a half he has had it there has been problems with the clip chain keep coming off. must be faulty material as it’s not like he’s done anything to it. unhappy with this purchase

I bought this bracelet for my sons birthday, He sent me the link of the item he wanted. Arrived very quickly as I placed my order on 31.05.25 Saturday afternoon and it arrived on Tues the 03.06.25. Good quality item.

This is the second time buying from Alfred & Co. and again the service and products were great. I bought 2 chains, one silver and the other rose gold, and they were delivered within 3 days. Very impressed with the products and very reasonable prices too. I would definitely recommend this company.

The chain I bought arrived fairly quickly, after just a couple of days. The quality was really great too, and for a very good price. I would definitely recommend buying from here!
