We also offer call-outs to mobility products during normal working hours. Frustrating notifications and delays in dispatch
Ordering was easy, received a confirmation email, then a dispatch one. Having confidently told my mother her item would be arriving shortly, I received another email telling me the item was out of stock and unlikely to be dispatched for another 2 weeks…. If the dispatch notification has been sent, I thought I could assume it was on its way! I suppose I should be glad they bothered to inform me and I didn’t have to chase, but I’m feeling very frustrated as the item was available through other sellers and a short delivery time was a selling point

Delivery was quick
Delivery was quick, I had emails to keep me updated as it was Iver the Christmas period I ordered the Crutches. The delivery driver was amazing and helped me set them up.
