What I Had ordered came with a different name, I ordered qianhui toilet tablets. But Lichi tablets came. No instructions. I googled video, u just drop tablet & it fizzes a lot. I dropped a tablet in the toilet, no fizz at all and after 2 flushes disappeared and no fragrance smell at all, like they say. The toilet didnt luk any cleaner, just plain blue water at bottom of toilet. I’ve messaged them for refund. No reply yet..

Absolutely shocking quality, like a dishcloth! Wish I’d read these reviews. No returns labels or info in parcel. Can’t even get rid of the dresses on Vinted as so awful. Looks like they will be going in the bin!

I don’t know where to start I am still…

I don’t know where to start I am still waiting for a lively shop after the 23rd may to contact me I am disgusted it took them 6 weeks to write on trust pilot to say they contact their customer with in 24 hours.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The worst experience ever. They promise free returns but you can't get a returns label. It is all done by email. The sizing is bad and the quality. When you request a refund they offer to send you a replacement and to keep the original because it is too expensive to return. I only paid £2.99 Postage why wasn't it the same to send back. I continued to argue and they offered me £5 Then £12. I continued to fight and eventually requested £19 as I paid £21 plus postage. Dire company cheap products wouldn't touch with a barge pole. Some charity shop will benefit from the dress they didn't want back.

TERRIBLE

I gave this company a bad review for trousers I bought only to recieve an email from them stating that I would get a refund if I changed my bad review. I was given half my money back and was told I would receive my other half when I changed my review. I told them to keep my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!

I ordered two dresses they were not as…

I ordered two dresses they were not as nice as the picture sonI contacted Alivelyshop to get the returns address but was rudely told that they will not except the returns as it was described as the picture it was cheaply made and the material was thick and heavy surely if it’s not suitable as a consumer I have the right to return them I contacted PayPal whom I purchased them from but they closed the case in the sellers favour where as a customer has this come from I own a shop and I always find that if you want business it’s best to be fair
Will I buy from them again
NEVER EVER !!!!! So future customers think twice as the item are not cheap like on some sites I’ve seen @£25 each it’s not the cheapest and now I’ve two dresses that I would never wear I’m £50 down

I wish I had read the reviews on here…

I wish I had read the reviews on here first. I ordered a pack of 3 bras. I chose a 38C cup and was sent XL.. far too large. You can not shorten the straps so they kept falling off my shoulders and the back was far to loose.
They will not send a return address and it is not free return as advertised.

Avoid like the plague unless you want your money taken

Awful website.
My item never turned up. Disgraceful customer service who only replied when I I put in a claim through klarna that my item had not turned up and so the next payment would be paused
They miracously then started to reply to my emails. Told me it takes a while because its in a different country, this was on day 32 of waiting, despite the fact I had an email to say "on its way" 2 days after purchase.
It was never coming.
Scam, avoid.
Thankfully got my refund but I believe it was down to klarna I have to thank for that.
Do not waste your money!!

The items I ordered were really over…

The items I ordered were really over sized wanted a return address so emailed there response was it is going to cost you to much in shipping cost not to bother sending the bras back. So please anyone wanting to place an order please think very carefully before doing so. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered it would have saved me £25 and all the time I have spent emailing them.

NOT DELIVERED!

Ordered some bras and says delivered but the courier dumped the parcel for everyone to see and went missing. Contacted the courier who then told me to contact the seller. They said they could send me another parcel but I would have to pay £8 for shipping costs after already paying for my order and delivery! Why should I have to pay for more shipping costs for their courier not delivering my order to the correct address! Don't order from these you wait days for a reply from customer service and get no help whatsoever, then just get ignored because they dont like your reply. I will be fighting for a full refund. Absolutely disgusting company to deal with!

I ordered 2 dresses different sizes,hoping that at least one would fit.Both dresses looked and fit like a bag of s-it.
Same problems as all the previous reviews (if only I had of looked first) Getting nowhere trying to return for a refund,is annoying the life out of me.Lesson Learned.There site should be banned,also keep away from BYCOSTELLO same rubbish and same story two dresses again that I am left with,they had the nerve to offer me 5% back which is £5,they can shove it where the sun 🌞 doesn't shine.So mad with myself altogether over £100 wasted

One star too many

Lucky they get one star,sent a top, cheap,doesn't fit properly, refused to send returns label or return address. Klarna absolutely no help so having to pay. Will not use either again
