If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. I have been dealing with this company since July 2025. I cannot get a refund!! Very poor customer service. They DO NOT respond. I have reached out to them on numerous occasions with only one response to say they would give me only a small percentage of what I paid and only if I would remove my negative review. I find it very interesting that I no longer see my negative review so someone already removed it from their company website.

The items I purchased arrived earlier than expected and were absolutely beautiful! Sadly, I wasn't able to use any of the garments because they ended up not matching the style of my event. Customer Support at Allegra K was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I will definitely consider Allegra K again when searching for my next online clothing purchase.

The website describing the 2 pieces of clothing (both the shrug & the skirt) was wrong. It stated they were both 100% cotton but in reality they were cheap polyester - and the skirt was poorly sewed leaving a gap near the zipper. I started emailing for a return label - or even an address for a return - and never received a response except for one email that said it received my request and was being "reviewed". That was December 12 2025. Since then I've sent at least 4 emails with zero response. The phone number listed is a joke. It's been months and still nothing. Do not buy from this scam company!

Customer service has been giving me the runaround for five months now.
I ordered four items from Allegra K online. Their website says they offer free returns on the first order. I only received three of the four items and needed to return two of them.
They did not responded to multiple email attempts within the first 30 days to their customer support email (I check my spam box, too - no response email to this day), they don’t have a phone number on their website to call, and on IG I get the runaround over and over saying they need to contact “the team” and then I don't hear back. When I inquire for an update, they need to get back with “the team” again and the cycle repeats. I still have no way of returning the items or asking for a refund for the item that never arrived.
Stay away from Allegra K. If they resolve this issue for me, I will update my review to reflect that.
EDIT to respond to comment: This is simply untrue. If I had missed the deadline, that's on me, but that was not the case. The return was requested within the 30-day return window as follows: the order confirmation email is dated October 16, 2025. I submitted the first return request to Customer Service on November 2, 2025 shortly after receiving the order. Hearing no response, I sent a second email on the 3rd and again on the 30th requesting a return label. None of these three emails were ever answered. If Allegra-K ignored the return request until after the return window closed, is this the customer's fault or the company's problem? If Allegra-K is concerned about standards, they can maintain the same standard for all customers by honoring the timeline their website states (and a timeline I have demonstrated to have kept to customer support through screenshots showing that the multiple requests via email were within the return window). The items are sitting on my shelf neatly awaiting a return label. I ask only that company policy be honored and my money returned.

They have a very good customer service. Their clothes look very good, and the fabric quality is also good. The only thing I will advise is to go with your true size in women. Don’t be afraid that it will be too tight as most Asian online clothing stores. I ordered 1 size higher but it was too big for me. Their size are women size not junior or fashion nova kind of tight.
