The coat I purchased as a gift was good quality and super cute! The recipient didn’t care for the color, and thought the fit wasn’t quite right either, so customer service was a huge help! They resolved the problem!

At first I was disappointed to not get any communication about my order. Could not find out a shipping date, and needed this jacket by a specfic
date. But by reaching out by e-mail and explaining my problem, I was refunded my total amount. As I was happy to get my money back, still don't know why I didn't get my order. I can only assume it was either out of stock or shipping was taking too long. Either way, thanks for my refund!

Ordered the red coat. Granted, it was a great price but I was disappointed to see the coat wasn’t lined. Makes it seem a bit low quality. I’ll still wear it and it is warm.

The item i ordered is high quality but the sizing on the coat i ordered runs one size smaller so i returned it and i confirmed they received at a warehouse in my city but they said it'd be 30 days for a refund. This was early December. I really needed the $, which was almost $100. I reached out and asked and sure enough the customer service rep responded that they have issued my refund and when i checked my bank acct it was there. I appreciate the high quality products at good deals and the customer service is AMAZING. I will definitely will be ordering here next winter. Thank you Meng and Allegra-K!

I needed to return one skirt from my order of four items. Their site says free returns within 30 days, and I explicitly followed all of their instructions. They first emailed me an offer of $10 back for an item that cost me $37.29 and I could just keep the skirt (which doesn't fit!), and if I didn't want to do that, they would send me the return label. I, of course, turned down the $10 offer and requested the return label. Then the next day, they emailed me this... "Since you used the coupon code, the actual payment amount for the item is $37.29, I have specifically requested a refund of $20 for you. You can keep the item, donate it, give it to a friend, or simply dispose of it. Are you satisfied with our proposal?" Again, I responded that it was NOT satisfactory!! I wanted my FULL refund since that is what their site says I could receive. I told them that they could send me a prepaid return label or not, that part was up to them, but that I expected my full refund regardless!!! They emailed me the exact same $20 offer again! So then I emailed them that I expected to receive my $37.29 refund immediately. I got no response!!! So, I emailed them again requesting the full refund. Again, NO response!!! And they didn't even give me the $20 refund!!! It looks like I am simply out of luck! Stuck with a skirt I can't use and out $37.29!! So, I figured the least I could do is warn others that this company is a FRAUD and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

I have not worn either pair yet but they exactly like pictured! I just wish the one pair came in half sizes. I went up to the next size a little big but it's a ankle boot so I will wear a short sock inside to make it fit better! Always a solution

Beware of buying anything from Allegra K around the holidays. My assumption was that the 30 day return policy would be extended through the end of January for purchases made in Nov and Dec but I was wrong. Additionally, customer service was rude and distant when I expressed my concerns. It is clear they are responding from a far playbook. I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.
EDITED TO ADD -- Allegra K claims they gave me a partial refund. They in fact did not.

The return order process should be improved. I did not like that I had to email customer service and negotiate with them. Although they gave me $50 back over $63 and I could keep the item, I would have preferred to have a full refund and not keep an item that I will never wear because it does not fit.
