The coat. I thought it would be thicker. It does feel nice. Was looking for an in between coat and its more of a early fall late spring coat. Its a beautiful color and it feels nice. The fit is good.

I bought a work dress and a 2 piece skirt & jacket suit, the dress was fine but the suit was way too big although both were marked "Small" . I contacted the company to return the suit twice and twice I received an automated message " Now is our non-working hours, we will reply to your email or process your request " etc, etc. Non-working hours on Monday? The whole day? Disappointed in lack of customer service; Amazon it is, at least they respond, free returns and refunds. These online overseas companies are a wild goose chase. I gave it one chance, not again. Marina

Ordered a wool jacket - wonderful product, just too large. They don’t have any Large so we’re requesting a refund. - still waiting for instructions how to return it. I’ll give it another day.

Beautiful clothing and accessories. Couldn't be more pleased!

I am disappointed in the ship times. It said it would arrive in 2-6 days and I still don’t have it after almost 2 weeks. I no longer need it to my event and had to purchase something else. Does not ship from within the U.S.

While the shirt I ordered ended up not being the greatest style for me, the customer service experience I had with Allegra-K was great. I ordered two blue gingham shirts for them. I kept one and returned the other one. Every experience I had was exceptional with them-from the ordering process to the return process.

I recently purchased two tops from Allegra K. I ordered both tops in medium. One top was huge, and the other top was rather ill fitting, so I contacted the company to return the tops.

First thing they did was offer me 30% off to keep the tops. Since neither one fit properly, I refused that offer and told them I just wanted to return them. There was no return slip in the original packaging to they had to send me a prepaid form for the return.

I packaged both items up and sent them back. I kept the tracking number from the USPS form they sent to me. The package arrived back at their facility on 10/3/25. To date, I have not received my refund.

I contacted the company to ask when I will receive the refund. The claim they still have not received the items. I then sent the screenshot of the tracking information to prove the did, in fact, receive the items. I have since sent them the screenshot again via email, but the company has stopped responding.

Trust me, it's not a lot of money, but that is not the point. The company is located overseas, however, they have a facility in KY which is where my items were received.

Beware of companies that offer discounts for items after you have received them. For all I know, my items are being shipped back to Asia somewhere, which is likely why I have not received my refund. However, to stop responding to customers is just plain bad business.

UPDATE: I have been contacted by the company, the refund is in process.

The customer service was great. There was an issue with my item - I accidentally ordered the wrong size - but the customer service team were very prompt in sorting it out to my satisfaction.

I need to return items and no one is contacting me back. Highly unsatisfactory.

I didn't receive my package and can't contact Customer service cause of Japanese Holiday.

Ordered a great, cropped jacket. It came very quickly and I found the measurement details on the web site to be very accurate. The quality of both the materials and workmanship was absolutely amazing for the price.

I received my coat pretty quick considering it had a long journey. It was worth every minute of waiting! The coat is beautiful, even better than the picture. It's nice and warm, fits perfectly and is a beautiful red color. I love it!

I contacted Allegra to return a dress for a refund. They responded promptly and offered two options; 1 I could return and get my refund,or 2 keep the garment and get a refund with a small amount deducted. I chose to keep the garment and donate it and get the refund with a small deduction.

Bought 2 jackets for work, different colors. Beautiful fit on both and nice quality for the money. Looking forward to wearing @ business meetings. I bought M, with weight @ 135 and 5’4. Highly recommend.

I bought several dresses for my second wedding through this company. The fabrics they use are luxurious, they feel wonderful against my skin, and drape beautifully! The lining in the sheath is perfect, it smooths my bumpy area and makes the dress look very elegant. I received my order very quickly, everything was packaged perfectly, and the return of the dress I chose not to wear was effortless because the customer service is top notch! I highly recommend Allegra for your wardrobes needs!
