Nathan and Remos were great! They moved my great aunt from Fort Walton Beach to Pensacola. They were nice and efficient, bearing with the slow elevator and handling everything with care.

Very efficient, respectful, and professional. In this very stressful time, having this team arrive to help with the heavy lifting was a blessing. Thank you, Nathan and Remos!!! Job very well done.

I went to website which indicates you can get an estimate of moving costs...oh no, you must give them your phone number and then they call you!! Forget it.

Bryant and Jonathan from AMS Dallas did a great job on my move despite elevator problems and my indecisiveness on where everything went. They turned around my move in no time

Worst moving experience ever. During a July 2025 move, the crew damaged my oak staircase, gouged laminate floors, scratched furniture, and ruined a $6,000 mattress after squirting ketchup across my bedroom carpet and mattress. They tried to leave without mentioning the spill, returned only when another truck arrived, then nearly started a fight in my yard — all caught on video. Some belongings were left behind despite space on the truck.

The company offered just $1,500 (only $300 for home repairs), won’t provide the contract they claim limits liability, and ignored my evidence-preservation letter. The mover involved in the spill and confrontation reportedly still works there. Based on this experience, they damage property, leave jobs unfinished, and refuse to negotiate fairly. Avoid at all costs.

The movers promises they would have a professional piano mover as a part of our overall team. When the day came to move, they did not have a piano crew. This resulted in them telling my husband that he had to go to buy some specific tools. It was clear that they were not experienced at this and my beautiful Baby grand was damaged. We put in a claim and their top dog of customer service said that they would take care of it, but we have yet to hear from them about repairing the piano for a couple months and two follow up requests from us. They also told us that they would be able to move our gym. Well, turns out they couldn’t do that either. With one day to get out of our house before the new owners would take occupancy we scrambled to find a group that would move our gym. Bottom line they will sell you a good story, but realistically don’t bet on it! Follow up is non existent.

Terrible customer service. The dispatcher/operations manager called and confirmed my move on Friday afternoon (9/5). I was given the time slot of 8:30-9a Saturday (9/6) morning for the movers to arrive. On Saturday the dispatcher called at 9:15 to inform me the movers would be 3hrs late. After not receiving a call at 11:45 I called the dispatcher. He became irritate when I asked for him to provide a solution instead of given excuses for the continued delay. He proceeded to cancel the move unproved. This caused me to miss my flight for work because I had to personally move my entire house after waiting 4 hrs. for them to show up. FYI operations manager name is Brian

The team was awesome. They made our move a trouble free experience.

Moved with this company a few weeks ago, went pretty smoothly. Had a few hiccups but management made it right so no complaints.
