Awesome Company to deal with! I have purchased 2 sets of wheels for my 2 Smart Cars, and could not be happier about the wheels, and the buying experience. On 1 of the orders, the team at Alloy Wheels Direct wanted to double check something, so shortly after my order was placed, they called me to clarify a couple things. I appreciate the direct communication, rather than going back and forth through email. I will be using them again on my next set of wheels for sure!

Dealing with Tony was very pleasant and efficient

Tony was so helpful for my special application request. I recently purchased a 2020 M4 CS for my track day hobby. The only issue is that the 20” rear wheels limit the amount of tires you can buy. As you can image track tires are not cheap. I purchased a set of 437M wheels which are all 19” wheels (19x9 front, 19x10 rear) which tremendously opened up the range of track tire to purchase. however that left me with the 763M wheels that the car comes with. So doing some research with Tony we arrived with the M2CS 763M wheel which are 19x10. I was ok with them being Matte Black vs the Orbit Grey(for the M4CS) since these were going to be a second track duty wheel/tire set. Tony checked inventory and shipped them in a very timely manner!! The quality of the wheels are brand new. Look forward to using them on the track.

Their courier (UPS) is not fit for purpose. Firstly, issues changing delivery date and UPS website showing incorrect delivery info for some time. I called Tony at Alloy Wheels Direct but he was unable to change anything re the delivery with UPS but would monitor it on my behalf. The worst part (and the reason for 1*) was how UPS delivered the package, bearing in mind alloy wheels can cost £1000s. They simply left it on the doorstep in clear view of the street, the box clearly labelled "Alloy Wheels Direct". Not attempt to ring the doorbell or obtain a signature (I have cctv to prove it). Just took a photo and walked off. That is simply not good enough for products worth so much money. If you use Alloy Wheels Direct, insist that they don't use UPS as the courier.
Edit: I appreciate the reply given by Alloy Wheels Direct. I have also been in direct contact with them and they have offered to use an alternative courier should I order from them again. I've upgraded the review to 3* based on their customer service response, but my concerns over UPS remain.

My new Mercedes Benz wheels fit perfect ! I was guided about exactly what type would actually fit due to my older model. There was a delay in shipment , BUT it was due to the holiday season which was explained by Tony. I completely understood and the wheels where delivered on the date as I was told.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Alloy Wheels Direct. I was initially tentative on making a major purchase overseas with an unknown (to me) vendor but they exceeded all my expectations. I bent my wheel on a giant Maine pothole and needed to replace it. My Audi dealer could not find one anywhere in the USA and was quoted a 4 month delivery period through Audi. Tony at Alloy Wheels Direct took my VIN number and found the wheel I needed ready for immediate shipment. Delivery from Europe to my dealer was included in the price and even including that it was less money than Audi was charging. This is an OEM Audi wheel that I got! These guys are the best.

My experience with AlloyWheelsDirect was very awesome, Tony was a big help in making sure that everything went well with my order. Tony went out of his way to get me the rear wheels that were on back oder, if it wasn't for him the order wouldn't have happened. Excellent company to deal with. Tony was very helpful & knowledgeable, and made sure I was ordering the correct items. Alloys arrived in a week from Germany with an estimate of 3 weeks. All in all delighted I found this company.

Visited Alloy wheel direct because I wanted to change my stock 17 inch rims to 18 inch AMG ones. The service I recieved was excellent, got much help with my order by a man named Tony. Pricing was very competitive compared to most and wheels got delivered within a week of dispatching. Very happy with my purchase, will be using again if needed and recommending to others.

My request (a set of genuine ALPINA wheels, plus tires) was about to degenerate, due to the wrong information sent by me.
How to imagine that a car accepts only a particular marked ("ALP") type of tire? But these guys solve it like no one: fast and precise. Their sales team supported me all the way, in a professional manner, until the job was done. Remember: it was my fault. But they choose to help me to fix the entire problem, with no additional costs for me. Great experience indeed!

Hello I would like to update.

It seems there was a mid-understanding. The company has received the return delivery. As it was close to Christmas their return stations were closed. However they were still able to accept the packages.

Just awaiting refund, will update. 👍 good customer service nevertheless.
