I hired this company on short notice to help me move into my new place. They sent me two gentleman names Madge & Pierce and let me tell you these men move quick & efficient. All in all they finished me move a couple hrs under what i estimated and I couldn’t have be more happy. The company will have a customer for life and I will be sending all my friends & family to All Service for moving needs.

The experience started off well but after loading and weighing the truck, I was told it was overweight and was given a couple options. One of the options was to have the overweight items delivered by freight and the my mover told me it would be between $300 and $500 and take about a week. In reality it took four weeks and the cost was over $2,300. I spoke with people at the moving office and they kept telling me someone would get back to me tomorrow, and I would receive no calls. I had to call them to follow up and no one had any answers as to when I would get my things or why it was taking so long. Ultimately I did get my things and everything was damaged.

In the beginning, I told the company the items that I was moving and they told me that they would give me a flat rate price so I wouldn't have to worry about surprise increases. I ended up paying nearly 50% more with the freight charges and lots of damaged items. If I were to do it over again, I would go with a company that has bigger trucks and not weight restrictions. It was hard to know that customer service was going to be so bad because things started out great. In the end, they offered a $250 discount if I signed a waiver. Meanwhile they apologized profusely about being mislead by their team members. This isn't how you make right a mistake caused by your own team.

Did finally get a response from District Manager Jon and he provided a monetary solution that helped to resolve the above issues.

This company and the crew who helped us move were absolutely fantastic. We were far from as organized as we needed to be and they were incredibly flexible, upbeat and thoughtful. Adrian was the lead and came up with an excellent process. He also set an upbeat, encouraging tone that helped me feel better about the mess they worked around, Alex was driver for the second truck and gave me extra help with some packing suggestions. Andre and Jesus worked steadily with them through a very long day. I cannot recommend this company and this crew highly enough.

Arrived late, only two young guys, broke my stuff and dingged the walls and the company did nothing.

Zero stars if it was an option. All Service Moving completely botched our moving job. They arrived late and without enough people to efficiently handle the move. Their movers tracked dirt and damaged our carpets at both the home we were vacating and the home we were moving into. They broke thousands of dollars of our furniture and caused damage to the walls of our home, which we still have not been compensated for. Further, our sectional was taken by one of our movers without final approval from us and then it was denied by their crew lead. We hired All Service because we had a good experience with them prior but this last hire was the worst thing we ever did. Stay away from this company if you want timely, professional service and if you don't want your belongings and home destroyed with no accountability.

Shady company, look elsewhere. I went with them based on price and that they were “highly rated”. According to the estimator, I needed 1 truck. When moving day came, they couldn’t fit everything in 1 truck. In fact, it wasn’t just a little bit leftover, but quite a bit. They had someone come out the next day to pick it all up and would later pack it on 2 pallets at their warehouse that I had to pay to ship across country. I didn’t have any other options since we had to be out of the house and were moving long distance. The items on the truck made it on time and safely. It was the pallets that never arrived. When I finally called to check the status (2 weeks after they were picked up), I found out they were just sitting in the warehouse and weren’t shipped yet. They hadn’t even gotten an estimate of the cost. Then they gave the wrong phone number to the 3rd party company that was transporting it so they couldn’t arrange delivery because they couldn’t get in touch with me. Finally the day came to have it delivered (6 weeks after pickup) and the 3rd party transport company asked if I had packaged the pallets up myself. I said no, the professional movers did that we paid. He said it was one of the worst jobs he’s ever seen and kept telling me it’s just items and they can be replaced. He also made a point to give me detailed instructions on how to file a claim for broken items because he knew things would be broken. The 3rd party transport company pays for 100% replacement value but normally works with the shipper, not receiver. I filed a claim with the transport company anyways and reached out to All Service Moving on it. All Service Moving said they would pay me the full amount right away if I signed the incident waiver signing away my rights. This included not holding All Service Moving responsible for anything related to the damage as well as not be able to post any negative review, rating, post about them. I’m sorry, what?!?! Due to their negligence and incompetent job, items were damaged and I can’t share that to prevent others from experiencing the same? Obviously, I refused to sign. I kept my claim with the transport company. Although our claim settlement was only 1/3 of what I was asking for, I’d rather receive the lower amount and still be able to write this review so others are warned. Let this be your warning to run away, far away from this company!

This is the third time I've used All Service Moving. Tjoni and Rodolfo, not only were they prepared for the distancing we are practicing, they are very friendly people. Quite capable of moving our equipment without any damage. They stored our equipment while the new place was getting readied.

The team showed up on time and made the move faster than I could have imagined.

Tried to book a last minute moving truck (a day in advance, but I'm told in mover-land that's super last minute) at the end of the month. Everywhere else was booked or could only give me the "after everyone is done, if they still have time..." afternoon slot. Allservicemoving was able to secure movers and a truck for me during the time frame I needed and were professional every step of the way.

These guys ROCK!!!! Very nice, helpful, fast and professional. I will use them again!

I called Nick of All Service Moving on a Saturday morning. Our church needed to move some items quickly and Nick found a slot for us on the following Monday. Brian and Kevin arrived within the time frame quoted and moved our goods effortlessly. Both were professional, neatly attired, personable and careful with our possessions. I felt the amount charged was reasonable for the service given. I would highly recommend All Service Moving and would use their company again without hesitation.

Had 2 guys show up and thought, "oh God this is going to take all day and they're probably going try and milk me for an 8 hour move." Needless to say, another company did that to me. Anyway, not only did they work super fast and reasonably priced, they were great guys and extremely efficient! I recommended them to a very good friend and he'll be using them very soon. Thank you guys. And when it comes time for me to move again...there's NO question who I'll be calling.

We've used All Service Moving 3 times now. I had a VERY small job and they were great. I had 2 LARGE jobs and they were even better. I will use them again and again. Thanks!

They called the day before to confirm a 9:00 arrival. Crew showed at 9:30 showing me that's their written arrival time. Confirmed I needed packing materials and they were told no packing materials. The lead guy Jasper was excellent. The new guy Aaron was very good. Toby-not so much. He threw things, scraped things, dinged things and has an attitude. Nothing major but was thankful he didn't handle my leather sofa bed. Overall I would hire them again and tell them to bring boxes and no attitudes please.

The crew of 3 guys called 30 minutes before start time to tell me they were on their way. They actually arrived a little early. Of course, it started pouring down rain the minute they pulled up, but they had runners to put down on the carpets so they wouldn't get the rugs wet and dirty. The move went very smoothly. Our belongings were packed very carefully and arrived at our new home in great shape. We would recommend All Service Moving to anyone looking to move. They were honest and hard working.

I used All Service Moving for the first time May 20, 2015 and I couldn't have been happier. We moved into a temporary apartment from a house, so we had items to move and store. Both the move and storage of materials couldn't have been easier. The workers were on time, friendly and hard working. The costs were discussed in advance, so there were no surprises. I would recommend this company for your moving and storage needs.
