Vicki in the Plymouth Store was fantastic.
We have just got engaged (on my 60th birthday!!) and went in to choose a ring last Friday.
I had no idea what I wanted other than slightly quirky - Vicki was so understanding, very patient and there was absolutely no pressure. I came away with a wonderful ruby and diamond ring which I am thrilled with. Thank you so much xx
