Antwoord van almanaar Islamic Store
Hello,
I'm really sorry to hear about your recent experience with us, and I truly understand your frustration. Getting a product that's not what you expected can be really disappointing.
First and foremost, let me apologize for the mix-up with your Jubba order. It's definitely not the kind of experience we want our customers to have. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
I've shared your feedback with our team so they can investigate what went wrong with your order and work on preventing this from happening again.
I'm sorry we couldn't address this issue better when you first contacted us. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and it's disheartening to hear that we couldn't resolve this to your liking.
Should you have other queries, please feel free to reach out again at – info@almanaar.co.uk
Regards,
almanaar

Palestinian Madjol dates quality issue
I ordered Palestinian Madjol dates as they were on offer from £60 to £40. The dates looked very old as their skin was peeling off. In my eyes it was complete ripoff especially in holy month of Ramadan. Whatever reason but they were no way near the original Palestinian Madjol dates quality. So my advice DO NOT any food item online from Almanaar.
