Extremely happy with the technician sent out to repair our Miele dishwasher. Craig was fantastic, kindly calling us 1 hour before arrival to let us know timing, arriving bang on time, explained what was wrong, how he was going to fix it and carried out the work resolving our issue. 100/100 service from Craig - could not ask for a better service.

We had a miele dishwasher that was not draining the water so we called Always prompt services. Had to wait only 2days before someone could come and check the problem. We were very happy with the service we received from Craig ,he was very knowledgeable and gave us advice on how to look after the dishwasher. Sam was on time and very personable. He fixed my dishwasher quickly and having only called yesterday, the job was completed in less than 24 hours from initial phone call. Prompt quality service. Thank you.

I would definitely recommend Shanan for appliance repairs. He did a great job and offered some maintenance tips to keep in mind.

Quick, friendly and effective service. They had a slot open up and managed to get my oven fixed same day.

Matt and Always Prompt are absolute legends. Same day service, knew what the problem was straight away and fixed in a few minutes.

My initial call was at 2.46pm. A very helpful person took the call. The washing machine was booked for 2 days later with a promise that our job would be brought forward if possible. Can you believe this! By 4.30pm the same day Sam had fixed the machine with a super friendly smile and also gave my wife a couple of tips when using it. As business people ourselves we highly recommend Sam and his team. Thanks for an experience we will never forget. How can we give you six stars???

Shanan was very helpful not only replacing the faulty parts of our washing machine but explaining how we can clean and maintain it which was greatly appreciated.
