I was happy to get a live person. I am disappointed that my repair was denied due to rust or corrosion. I live in a State where this is unavoidable. This makes me apprehensive about our future relationship. If you are going to deny a claim, and I have paid you on time every month for over a year is very disappointing to me. Are you here just to take my money? How can you offer me a piece of mind if I have to fear if you will stand behind me in a time of need????

My car broke down on November 21,2023. I called the company to have my car towed. They towed it the shop I ask them to towed it to. The shop told me that a rod was thrown in the motor . They said the car was not cranking and when they finally got it crunk it sounded like metal hit metal. I called carshield to let them know the issue . That the shop don’t work on motor . They sent out another tower to pick the car up and take it to a shop that did . Now I been without transportation. This company been giving me the run around for a whole month. I heard so many bad thing about this company. I heard they only pay for this that small . But anything paying out for a big amount they will deny your claim. So the other company said they found metal shaving in the oil pan . So I’m waiting to hear from an adjuster. Because I work for an automotive company. I know as many time they get out there and crank that car. They only shaving metal down because metal has to rotate the baring to start the engine. An it shaving as they trying to crank the car. . Just waiting on the adjuster.

Be aware that this is American Auto Warraty's out for most every part of your car/truck. Para 25 of your contract

Another "got-ya" this gives them an out on almost everything-
Para 8 BREAKDOWNS due to gradual loss of performance and resulting from normal
operation and use (due to VEHICLE mileage and/or age) unless worn beyond
manufacture tolerance, including, but not limited to: valve guides, valves, piston
rings, transmission clutch pack discs and bands.

Using affiliate spammers to generate leads, that's not very reputable.
