Placed an order of goods, but when they arrived, I received the incorrect items, smaller weighted cheaper products. Naturally I e-mailed the company to get the matter resolved but my attempts go unanswered, a shame as the goods are so expensive!

Ordered 14 Jell-o Sugar Free Instant Puddings of various flavours. 6 of which the use by date is September 2022. I buy these in bulk so they last me a long while. Those ones were not even lower in price.

My experience with this company has been awful, I ordered Vlasic Pickles which said in the title when I bought them “best before the 5th of July 2022” which is less than one week away. I wasn’t expecting them to be bad as they where still in date by 1 week, but as soon as they arrived the pickles where mushy and discoloured. I’ve emailed them and the response I got was “we have mentioned the date in the title of the product” that wasn’t my problem my problem was that the pickles weren’t even edible as I had to depose of them. I’m extremely disappointed with this overall experience never again will I be ordering off this company! Such a waste of money.

So pleased to find this website after unreasonable price increases on Amazon. Order was swiftly dispatched and tracked delivery with Royal Mail, well packaged, great price and gratefully received. American Grocer will be my first port of call for a repeat order - thanks!

I placed an order through American Grocer on Sunday evening and it arrived Tuesday morning - very impressed with the speedy delivery! All items were packed carefully and all were in date, the only item with a short shelf life was specified on the website. Very happy with my first experience and I will definitely order from them again!

Bough something from them and it is 5 months out of date..emailed and they said bought as seen...it never said on the ad it was out of date or I wouldn't have bought it...what a con...a total waste of money. Wouldn't recomend buying from them.

I have ordered from this company twice now. The goods have arrived promptly and well packaged. They contact you with regular email updates regarding delivery once your order is recieved. Aside from the excellent customer service, the website has a wide range of products that are not widely stocked in the UK. Will definitely be placing future orders.

Fast delivery and great packaging. I was worried for the great value of the products that it would be terrible in other aspects but the delivery and products provided were exactly what was shown when I was purchasing. Will definitely be using this site again.

Ordered a variety of low calorie/zero sugar bbq sauces, dressings and mayonnaise. Got a call the next day as one item wasn’t in stock but a great alternative was suggested and they wanted to check that would be ok. Super happy with that service as some places just leave out the item and refund you but it’s good to be offered.

Order arrived super quick and extremely well packaged given the sensitive items inside, there was no risk of damage to the sauces with the level of protection in the parcel.

Prices are much better then other online sources (particularly for the Sweet baby rays zero sugar which was my primary reason for ordering)

Before this week I hadn’t ordered from American Grocer. The prices seem very competitive and my order came very quickly with communication of delivery at every step of the way. Unfortunately on arrival the Graham crackers were all damaged and perhaps could have been better packaged. What I found refreshing was the speed and efficiency that my discrepancy was dealt with.My emails were answered quickly and I was refunded the cost which entered my bank account the next day….that’s quick. I will order from American grocer again and recommend

Got 24 pack of Fanta berry, had the cheapest prices around for it, quick delivery, Ordered Wednesday DPD tried to deliver the next day but I was in work, didnt expect to it be that fast but got them on the Friday to enjoy in the warm weather, lots of other great items at fair prices on there website too, will be back for sure

I am a pretty regular customer and I cannot say more good things about the speedy delivery’s and how well everything is wrapped when delivered but recently I received an order with the incorrect item .. I have been trying to contact them for almost a week now by Facebook and email and no reply .. I received a cheaper smaller item then what was originally ordered ... for that I am disappointed it’s not even the fact that the item was a mistake, it’s more the fact that no one even replied to me when apparently someone looked at my message via Facebook .. customer service is always number one in my book and I hopefully will not have to start looking for a new American goods supplier

Found this company after rushing to get supplies for the Super Bowl. Ordered 10 o'clock on Tuesday, everything arrived Wednesday at 12, couldn't be happier. My only criticism is there is a lot of out of stock items, otherwise fully recommend.

I have used the site on a few occasions to purchase Pop Tarts and other sweets, treats and cereals that my Kids came to love whilst we were on holiday in the States. Sadly, due to Corona-19 lockdown, trips to speciality shops is not so easy, so I found this store online. The selection is vast and delivery fees justified by the incredible delivery speed, an order placed on 19th January was delivered on the 21st January. Delivery was via DPD and fully tracked. On this occasion one of the items was slightly wrong, a quick email and the issue was resolved within an hour. I will happily recommend this site to any and all and will continue to use them going forward.
