Can't live without it!
AMP is by far one of the best investments that I have made for my home. On top of the security aspect, it makes things so much more convenient. I love being able to lock my door from anywhere with the click of a button, and I especially love creating little routines for it to execute (i.e turn off the lights and AC when I leave home).

Love my Amp Smart door locks
Love my Amp Smart door locks. Just hired a dog walker and the tech support people were able to help me add a code to my door that works just for them at specific times on certain days. I love not having to get a spare key made. Thanks for the help and for making it so easy. Love it!!

Do not purchase
Do not purchase! This company does not care about the customer only the money. When I started the contract I specifically asked salesman if, we moved where company didn't cover, would I be allowed ro end the contract w/o penalty. I was told yes. Well that was not true we ended up selling our home and the new owners didn't want to take over the contract. We moved for work, it was sooner than expected. We live in a state AMP does not offer services. The small town we live that does not offer high speed internet to rural areas, which is where we live.
I have explained this to the company they do not care, they said you signed a contract. I asked I am to pay for your services that you don't cover where I live?
I finally asked what the penalty was to end the contract early, $1850. I also requested a written letter stating the account/ contract was closed and was not to be renewed.
Instead I received a collection letter for $2695. Why? Because I want verification my account is closed when I paid the $1850 early penalty? Now it's $2695.
