From the start they were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Steps were explained in a way that was easy to understand and we have been kept on the loop with everything even when things seemed like they might go slow so that we weren't chasing them.

Always helpful nothing Is to much trouble

This is the second time I have needed to find a specialist broker to arrange my mortgage. Luke and Claire, Shanita have been fabulous. Kept me updated, gave the best advise, arranged me the best options available to me. Highly recommend 👌

Well where do I start, I found ams online after trying to get a Mortage via tml who I must say were a complete waste of time close to 4 months only to refuse after sending numerous copy of paperwork, and sometimes awaiting 7-10 days for a reply, I had one missed/late payment on my file 3 months ago so after frantically searching for a new lender as our offer on house was accepted 4 months ago, ams came up I gave them a call Friday and spoke with connor then luke, by Monday a dip was waiting for me so fast wow, I thought surely after this it would be much slower, but no that was not the case, my file was handed over to Claire who worked tirelessly asking for a few bits of paperwork nothing to extreme, 3 weeks later (today) received a full Mortage offer absolutely delighted, so from the bottom of my heart thank you Claire your amazing, Luke and all other people involved, you made a dream come true of owning a home, with love, ali, Tara

Ams morgages came through for me when other companys failed, Conner was great and started the initial process, Claire and sanita have been amazing and secured me my morgage :) there were very helpful in answering my question and very efficent when replying to my calls. AMS came through when others couldn't!

Having used another broker who failed to secure a mortgage despite being open and transparent, from a simple Google search found AMS and spoke with Luke who found me a well priced mortgage on the first attempt. The support team (Claire & Shanita) at AMS have also been brilliant keeping me up to date answering my random questions, despite them having to move offices part way through. Would highly recommend AMS

Good communication and service

Luke, Claire and Shanita have all been amazing. We accrued a lot of debt from our house renovation and wanted to remortgage to pull out equity to clear it. We struggled directly with the main banks and had a terrible experience with another broker. I can honestly say the customer service at ams has been brilliant. Great communication and they have worked quickly to get us remortgaged before Christmas. I would highly recommend!

Not a straightforward conveyancing process with a few curved balls thrown during the process by others.
