Is the ordering, parts fit perfectly

Your company sent me an AMYET E-BIKE with a cracked rear tire (rim). The EBIKE is inoperable and UNSAFE to ride…AT $799.
ALSO THE PHONE MOUNT I PURCHASED WITH THE BIKE…I (STILL) HAVE NOT RECEIVED…BUT YOUR COMPANY SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THE PHONE MOUNT WAS DELIVERED. IT WAS NOT.

The fact that I get place quickly ND saving on gas

Received my E26 . Easy to assemble despite somewhat sparse instructions . It handles beautifully and is a joy to ride . Had a flat at 100 miles so I’m upgrading tires but so far no problem . Thanks Amyet !

They asked me to change my review, I can’t do that!! I just want to say I had a bad experience with Amyet please be careful there will try to sell you parts that you don’t need and not listen to you it took two months back-and-forth trying to solve my issue that it never got solved

Amyet will try to convince you to change your review for $50. Then they will ignore you once you do it. Our bike came in with a bent frame and missing parts. They did offer to repair the bike or discount it for the problems but it took over a week of back and forth emails to get an answer. We are basically left with a broken bike that we still paid hundreds of dollars for. I would not trust amyet to reimburse you for any bike repairs.

I had lots of emails back and forth and was happy that they responded. It was difficult to get a solution out of the way the responses were and it would be nice to be able to talk with someone. They did send me a new throttle which made the bike work which I paid for even though the one on the new bike was bad. Now I’m dealing with the handlebars and the. Stripped screw but it seems after photo and videos they are sending new screws instead of the post I requested

Amyet sent me the wrong wiring harness two times. And I paid for both, now they said they sent me the wiring harness I need and sent to wrong address. This has been going on for almost two months now. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. And I do not recommend any one ever deal with this headache ever…….

The bike is missing a screw for the handle bars and the sprockets on the bike rim move and the wire going into the rim is not sealed and bike keeps shutting off .

Bike came in pieces, broken parts now I have to take it to the shop to get it fixed

The front motor has a funny sound and I don’t understand why if the bike is brand new. I’ll need assistance. Thank you

Ordered a bike off of Amazon doesn’t work totally fraudulent. Don’t waste your money on these bikes.
Never even had an opportunity to ride the bike doesn’t work from out of the box and getting a hold of these people is near impossible. I have tried to contact you that way and then you direct me to a different direction. I’m done playing games with you guys.

I need it the s8 throttle. Sent a note with the order. Got an email telling me the will be sending me the right one.
As now I have no idea when I will be recive....or if the sent it or not.
And need to find out what are the next steps to get the bike working again. The motors are not responding. I keep waiting for solutions.....

I got my new S6 and it has no defect like my first S6 ,it a great Ebike now . And I ride my S8 all time but my battery life does not last as long as I would like it . After about 20 miles with peddle assists I have no battery life left.

My bike didn't come on time mirrors and phone holder never came and top battery isn't changing. Customer support suck,no call back, no response what so ever will definitely be telling everyone not to purchase from here I call all hour of the day I sent emails text there is nothing else Amyet sucks took my money scammers. Now no response what so ever free Amyet always so excuse why they didn't get in touch with me In a timely. Manner now I have no battery or charger they suppose to be sending STAY AWAY AMYET WILL ROB YOU. Even has the nerve to not respond to my claims on site if you want to go through this STAY AWAY AMYET WILL TAKE UR MONEY TOO. And they tried to get me to change review told them not until I get what I am owed. It's now 5/17/25 and still nothing from the scammers.

I got a tiny tune break and I ordered a set of two, but I received only 1 set for $40.i should return them to you for a refund.

Amyet customer service is the best! Every time I have contacted them for information or to order parts, they have been very responsive and very customer focused. I have really enjoyed my interaction with Amyet. Keep up the good work!

It was a flawless transaction from start to finish. The bike was delivered in perfect condition, and assembly was easy.
I've only ridden it for about 5 miles but already know that it's going to be a fun summer hitting all the trails.
The blue fat tire bike looks pretty cool.
