They should have told me that the battery I was buying.Only read 52 percent on the display, that was the reason why I bought the new battery. I wish the person who sold me the battery knew that the display would only read 53 percent at full battery

I was a little disappointed when I couldn’t reach a person to talk to, the only way to communicate was through email and it took a couple days for them to respond back. I needed a part for my e-bike and it showed it was delivered but I never got it, I emailed them to tell them it was not delivered and they replied that they would send a replacement. Well a week later I got it (finally) so I’m not sure if this is the original order or the replacement but I’m just glad it finally came.

I bought one and its junk it worked but its had problems but now it won't go faster the 10-15mph. I got a warranty and now I can't get onto there websight. It's not coming up on Google search engine

They had a deal on Slickdeals.net for a Amyet EB 26 in a beautiful blue color. I received a project in the mail that took considerable time to put together. Once assembled it took me a solid day of charging the battery to realize it had no charge in the battery. I contacted the website and was told to take it up with another website even though it’s supposed to have a warranty on the actual product. I received a 65 pound piece of beautiful scrap metal that could almost be art. It’s very sad that it doesn’t function or come on. I just wanted it to work, I bought it for my 65 year old mother to be able to ride on Siesta Key with me.

Updating my original review. Amyet did send me a replacement controller but the wiring connector aren't aligned properly between main cable connector and the controller itself. When I use the right turn signal switch it activates the horn and horn switch does nothing. The front hub still doesn't run nor does my display indicate run modes. The front hub isn't defective I've run it by other means it just doesn't respond to the controller properly. The other issue was the complete lack of power to the rear at 17 mph tops, that's improved to somewhere in the mid 20s so it's usable now at the least. Also my display doesn't show mph when tire is spinning. Although I'm glad to have a functional bike on just the rear hub the magnitude of issues has broken my faith in the industry. Have a sound understanding of the function of the components before buying these bikes remote solutions will leave you depleted.

Junk worked one day then wouldn’t turn on, put everything I knew that would fix it on and still won’t turn on

Bike rides well but I already had to replace the throttle and I only have 250 miles on it

It said ships in 3 to 5 bus days but took 14

I bought my ebike from Ebay seller: amyet_direct01 , The headset will not adjust, I contacted the seller and he told me to buy the parts and I will get reimbursed??? I thought these bikes had 1 year warranty. Why do I have to buy the parts?? I paid over $1,000 for this bike. The problem with is the stem top bolt and the star nut came damaged and unable to adjust. You guys should ship me the part at the very minimum. I will be reporting this to my state attorney general too if not resolved,

Bike came quickly and the components were nicer than expected.
I think you can turn the speed up on this thing but for just riding around the hood i don't feel like i need to. Bike is fun as hell to ride

We love our pedal assist bike!! We have had it for a few weeks now and have had zero issues. Works great on all types on road surfaces, even sand. Great bike for a great price!

I already owned an amyet

It is a great ebike I must say but I’ve noticed that it’s not built as tough I think it is. It doesn’t go as fast as it is advertised at 32 mph . The battery life is decent though. Overall great bike 85/100

The overall build of the bike frame and tires are amazing. However, the "Suspension and Pedals are lackluster." The seat is quite comfortable The pedal assist makes hills a dream. But the battery life leaves you disappointed.

To touch on the pedals. They broke within the first 10 miles. And almost caused a collision with a parked car. The suspension feels more like it's for looks than functional, it bottoms out violently on minor transitions.

If my rating were based on aesthetics alone it would definitely be a 5 star review. But the shortcomings in functionality have left me disappointed. I'm not saying it doesn't work. I'm saying it could definitely be better.

Bikes arrived quickly and undamaged. Easy assembly with tools provided. Charged the battery and off we went. Bikes work great.

Bike front motor didn’t work, box came with holes

I get what I order every time on time never have a problem. So far I'm on my 5th bike from amyet and I love it there is no other brand I even care to look for . Keep up the good work
