I had trouble reaching the delivery department to set up an appointment for delivery. I’ve left a few messages, and no one returned the calls. A few days later, I finally reached someone live, and we finally set up a time for delivery. The original salesman, couldn’t help us, for when we called him-the San Francisco showroom said he doesn’t work there anymore. I wonder why, no one from the San Francisco showroom follow up, with his customers. The original salesman did called us, to tell us that the sofas have arrived. The people at ANA FURNITURE, never follow up. They never called us, WE CALLED THEM.

I got king size mattress and bed frame there, it's pretty good with reasonable price!

We went to many high-end furniture store in the city, Palo Alto. Ana furniture is very good quality with decent price. Especially, Leo is the most helping staff at the store and gave us the great deal.
Please look for Leo!

Bad quality, lot of negotiation and no customer satisfaction results

Great experience... knowledgeable sales person. Couch and loveseat were delivered, and setup on time and efficiently.

Cheap cushioning
I bought a couch and after two years the cushions sink and the adjustable headrest brackets stick out because the cushioning on the back is as cheap as on the seat. Very disappointed.

Arrived and installed as expected. No complaints.

ANA was great to deal with. Nice selection and very reasonable prices. After purchase follow up was great.

All employees were extremely helpful from the salesman to the delivery staff. I was kep well informed of the status of my order and notified of any delays. Thank you

I buy a table what I saw in the store but they send to me different one this is not acceptable. I will not recommend to any one to buy from this store any more period

Great customer services. I ran into some issues with the mover when they deliver the sofa that I didn't discover until six months later. They sliced the back of the leather sofa when unpacking. Ana Furniture got a new piece and replace it free of charge. Good customer services. I was so worried that I spent so much money on the new sofa and it's already damaged. It's now good as new. Thank you.
