Exceptional customer service, both at the store and afterwards from staffs at their warehouse. Sales were very patient and knowledgeable. Warehouse customer service representative (Cynthia) was friendly and extremely helpful with our delivery. Will definitely recommend and purchase from again!

Great customer service however I would have enjoyed free tax like other furniture stores in the area.
I bought a dinning table and chairs set.
I might check the beds in the near future

The salesman here was very helpful and new everything about each piece of furniture. At the time, I was under the impression that he postponed his lunch to help us. Still not 100% sure if he just got done eating or he had his food waiting but, either way he really seemed dedicated enough to his job to help us first, then eat.
Also, it was helpful that he assured us the delivery charge was paid in full. The delivery guys are independent from Ana. They were angling for additional charges but I told them no. It was only a 2 seat couch and not that heavy. If it was a large and heavy couch I might tip $10 or $20 but, come on now, it's not that big a job haha.

Michael was an exceptional advisor. Patient and persistent at the same time. He also checked every aspect of the floor model for imperfections. Couldn’t be any happier.

The sofa is solid in the beginning but after using it is getting so soft now.

I bought two recliners and one didn't work. I tried to return it the next day after delivery and was referred to the manufacturer who disclaimed any responsibility even though I had bought an "insurance" contract from Ana. I'll never do business with them again. Beware of anything they ask you to sign.

Delivered broken table. Bad quality overall after 6 months, chairs are breaking, not impressed.

Better quality than the hole in the wall furniture shops but also pricier. I contacted them because of missing rubber pegs for some chairs but they never got back to me so after sale service is quite poor.

We got a great bed and mattress for decent price two years ago in san francisco. Ana had it delivered to us and installed it for us professionally(we lived in a very hilly neighborhood). After 2 and half years, it's still strong, like new.
