Very good and first service.

My shower pump was making terrible noises on christmas eve. My local plumbing shop was closed until january the 5th, so i placed an order online with Anchor Pumps. The pump arrived very quickly, before new years eve and was at a very competative price. Great service from Anchor Pumps.

I cannot give you much infirmation, as my maintenance man fitted the pump which arrived on time....and it is working and I have a water supply again.

I had a problem, my 30 year old domestic water pressure unit had given up the ghost Everwhere I went they wanted information aboujt the existing set which I just could not give them. Then I rang Anchor because my pumber said they were helpful. I spoke to a salesman and he listened to my tale of woe and then aske if I could send him a picture. I did this and within an hour he replied saying the direct rplacement was an AXZ at cost of £Y and he had one in stock. Wow after a month my problem was solved. The next dayI rang to speak to this gentleman but was told he was unavailable because he was stock taking. BUT! then came the next surprise. This lady said if I told her where I was with this matter she could help. I gave her what information I had and after a short wait she came back to tell me she had all she needed to progress my order and she did this in such a friendly manner I began to think how lucky Anchor were to have two very nice people dealing with the public. BUT! the next surprise came when I thought I would chase delivery. I got another lovely lady who dropped everything went down to the warehouse and found my pump. She apologised for the delay whic she said was due to the audit and told me that it was too late to organise shipment that day but she had scheduledit for next day delivery the following day. On that specified day at 9.30am my pump arrived, my plumber came and had fitted the new pump within the hour just like the salesman had said it would. To get the kind of response I have received from Anchor is remarkanble in this day and age. I had talked to three exteremely knowledgeable, sympathetic and wonderful people and had my problem solved. What more can you ask. Thank you Anchor

I needed a pump within 4 working days delivered to the Isle of Mull so that we had a working sewage system before the Christmas Holiday. It arrived within 3 working days. Fabulous service.

There was no comunication made to ourselves that stock take was to hold the order for a week before delivery would be sent. Good as ordered and well packed.
