The order was placed on 20th of April. As on 27th of April 1.33pm I had NO deliveries day confirmation.

Following your update with your order number, I was able to locate your order, which was direct from the manufacturer. There was no contact made regarding the lead time, because we had a confirmed delivery 3 days after the order was placed. I have sent a POD through to your email and I hope it can help you reconsider the review that has been placed as we have held to our ETA of delivery.

Disappointing customer service
I have never given a one star review before but feel in this case it is justified. I ordered an item and paid in full I received a prompt confirmation and receipt, unfortunately I have had no more communication from the company, despite sending three emails, I informed them I would give an unfavourable review if the matter was not resolved quickly, but this did not move them to respond.
I urgently required this item so I have had to purchase one from another dealer, I have asked for a refund and hope I am more successful.
I am assuming the item advertised as being in stock is not, they should let customers know immediately, and not boast about fast delivery times, I hope my refund is processed promptly with better customer service. I am sure this company has many satisfied customers but sadly I was not one.

I am very sorry to read this review this morning. Upon investigation we see that this was showing as despatched on 30th July (date of purchase) however you had selected "Trade Counter Pickup" as your delivery option therefore the file is downstairs at the collection desk waiting for collection. This is an easy mistake to make as there are 2 free of charge options next to one another on check out - the 3 - 5 day delivery and trade counter pickup. We do not question these options at point of order as we sell to customers who have engineers who are dotted around the country.

Do they really have your item in stock?
Searched internet on price and delivery timescale and both were acceptable. Delivery was important as I had little or no water pressure as my existing pump had given up.
I was given an ‘in stock 2 day delivery’ and ordered, only to get a call the next day telling me they had no stock and they would let me know when they did have. I cancelled the order and to be fair, the refund was expedited within their 4 day promise. So annoying that they and too many companies advertise as having stock for immediate delivery and it’s not true!
