Sales staff were not helpful when I…
Sales staff were not helpful when I found out I had ordered the wrong part. Very expensive postage, I decided to cut my losses and find a local supplier. My advice is to check before you buy as the website does not have clear part specifications. I will never use them again.

Ordered and paid for the pump at the…
Ordered and paid for the pump at the weekend and it wasn't until Thursday that they informed me the pump was not in stock.
However a similar pump was sent straight away which turned up the following weekend.

Rang the sales line to ask about marine wet exhaust hose after having trouble with the website. Spoke to Lee who couldn't have been more helpful, he found the length I needed, took my details and it arrived by 1pm the following day. Supplied at a competitive price and no delivery charge either as they don't charge for orders over £45.
