We received the pump
We received the pump, but there was no communication from Anchor Pumps, the only communication we had is that we paid, the rest about despatch etc, absolutely nothing no communication, plus when I rang them the lady who answered cared nothing about our delivery. The first we knew it was dispatched was when a company rang asking for import duties.

I am sorry to read your review this morning. I have looked into this for you and there were no issues highlighted with the delivery other than being at Exports waiting for payment - we do not get acknowledged via DPD unless there is an issue so there would have been no reason for us to monitor this job as it was a straight forward export delivery with no issues.

Kerry Stephenson who works for anchor pumps was so helpful. The DPD driver delivered to a wrong address 30 miles from where we live and Kerry sorted the issue. DPD then said they would deliver on the Saturday, but did not Kerry then sent another pump to us and took the wrongly delivered into stock.
