From the start to finish of my flat search journey, Ben Gordon-Smith was extremely helpful and kind. He was always able to answer the many questions I put to him, whether by email, telephone, text or in person, in a calm and professional manner. Because of my experience with Ben, I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrews to anyone. He is certainly an asset to your company.

My experience with Andrews Letting and Management Wallington office was great. Laila the agent who dealt with me and my family was so good, caring, patient, helpful and very professional.

Cat was extremely helpful and patient with us while we planned viewings and deliberated on what would be the right property for us. She gave us all the advice we needed and answered any the questions we had. Thanks for making the process a little less daunting! We are certain that should we need to begin our search again we’ll be coming straight back to Andrews.

A family member of mine was looking at renting a property through Andrews in Tewkesbury via Ava. She was let down very poorly from believing the rental property was hers to then being told they had rented to someone else. My family member was leaving messages for Ava with no return calls back to her. I took my family member to Andrews to which we had a video call with Ava, where she told us the rental properties owners mother was poorly so it was holding things up. We excepted this and was told within 2 days the property was given to someone else because the owner choose someone else to rent it. Does the rental system via Andrews really work like this? A very poor service given. The young man that we spoke to in Andrews was very helpful so nothing negative to say about his great service.

Andrew's staff are always available to help.If in case there is no one to answer the phone, they always call back as soon as they can(same day mostly).
They always respond to the emails quickly.
Andrew's take maintenance seriouly and respond ASAP for issues. They do regular safety checks for instance gas and electricity.

Andrews have rented out our property for us, for a number of years. Gurmit Kaur has been the latest Property Manager to manage it and she has shown great professionalism, liaising between us and the tenant and also workmen. When we decided to sell the property, she showed great communication skills, especially through a couple of tricky passages. Gurmit always replied to enquiries quickly and ensured that ourselves and the tenant were happy.

Both Issy and Harpindar from the Downend branch were very helpful and professional, letting my property very quickly. I would recommend them to other landlords

I had a really positive experience working with Ben Gordon-Smith at Andrews in relation to my mum’s property.

Ben was consistently professional, proactive and easy to deal with. He took the time to explain things clearly, kept us updated and approached everything with a high level of care and attention.

What really impressed me was that even when we secured a tenant privately outside of the agency, Ben remained supportive and professional throughout. There was no drop in service or attitude, which says a lot about his character and approach.

It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with genuine customer care so well. Ben is a real asset to Andrews and absolutely deserves recognition.

Rebekah at the downend branch was so helpful. We were contacted about a property before it was added online and able to view the next day. She was very friendly and super eager to help with any questions me and my partner had. Really made the experience smooth for our first time moving out together.

My boyfriend and I are renting our first place together through Andrews and they were amazing! From start to finish, Ben was friendly, helpful and informative answering any questions we had. This was such a smooth and easy process - would highly recommend to everyone (especially if you're like me and have a tendency to get easily stressed/anxious lol.
