Working with Anglo Pacific to organise additional items left over from our original move from the UK to Sydney has been a delight and simple process.
Although the number of items is relatively small the service has been excellent from Michael and the team.

From contacting to pick up of belongings Anglo pacific were friendly and efficient.

We recently worked with Anglo Pacific on our international move from England to the United States. We had a phenomenal experience with Dominic, who happily answered all of our many questions and provided us several tailored quotes to choose from. He is extremely personable and definitely went the extra mile to make our move as seamless as possible.

The experience was easy from start to finish including great advice and prompt replies from Dipak. On the day Erich and Szabi were friendly and highly efficient. They took care to wrap everything carefully but still managed to do it at lightening speed!

We worked with Anglo Pacific Movers and had a truly positive experience. Dipak Parmar and Michael Laverty were both extremely helpful — their estimates were precise, and all the packing materials were provided well in advance of moving day.

On the day itself, a team of four arrived and did an excellent job. They were efficient, respectful, and managed to pack everything within a single day — fast, tidy, and well-organized.

Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and are now waiting for our shipments. We would definitely choose to work with this company again.

Anglo Pacific provide you with a calm and thorough experience, which can otherwise be very stressful. Even though there were a few little bumps along the way, they went above and beyond to help and make things go smoothly. Special mention must go to our move manager Arman, who was there to support at every stage of the move. This review has been made just in relation to getting our items onto the ship. Many thanks Anglo Pacific., let's hope things run just as smoothly at the other end.

I used Anglo Pacific to ship some stereo equipment and records from my former family home to my current address in Australia. When the goods arrived the local courier partner company, Conroy Removals, contacted me to say there would be additional costs; $240 for Customs to inspect the goods and $200 despite owning the possessions for 30 years, I was not made aware of the costs and was told I wouldn't receive my boxes until I had paid. If I hadn't paid promptly I would have been charged for storage. When I unpacked the stereo equipment Customs had cut the plugs off and in Australia only a licensed Electrician is authorised to fit new plugs. Again, I wasn't aware this would happen and have incurred more cost. The boxes took 4 months to be delivered from Coventry to Melbourne.

Very pleased with the service, Dipak has been so professional and answered every doubt I've had, he has made the process so easy and stress free, thank you so much.

Very helpful staff and extremely efficient service. I would like to mention ArmanAmnir, Jack Connolly and Sean and his co worker in particular for all their help.

Arman and the Team were very helpful and supportive, even picked up my items early and kept them stowed for a few weeks free of charge as I had to move things quickly due to a death in the family, would highly recommend!

From the outset Anglo Pacific were professional and courteous. The online survey was fantastic. Dipak Parmar my rep was incredibly effective, communicative and polite. He helped me understand the import documentation and was swift to respond to any of my queries. The removal team lead by Erich were prompt, incredibly friendly and did a great job. Overall I would 100% recommend Anglo Pacific for any transatlantic moves. 5 stars!!

I’m moving to Hong Kong so I decided to use Anglo Pacific to help with the relocation. Arman Amnir has been very helpful and professional. The crew that came in today were fast, careful and very efficient. So far it has been the perfect experience.

I engaged Anglo Pacific to deliver my household effects to Hong Kong. Unfortunately, they outsourced the job to another company whose service was disastrous.

I raised my concerns by email, but to date, there has been no response — just disappointment after disappointment.

Issues experienced:
• Clothing was packed together with shoe rack components, without segregation at all.
• A plastic storage box was damaged in transit.
• Liquids were packed without precautions, spilling inside cartons and risking damage to other belongings.
• Overall packing felt rushed and careless which is exactly the opposite as what Anglo Pacific advertised on YouTube. They claimed the crew is very professional in packing and handle it with care.

To be fair, Anglo Pacific did respond to my questions during the relocation process. However, after delivery — when proper follow‑up was needed — there was no meaningful engagement. Follow‑up service is just as important as the move itself, especially when the outsourced party has done such a poor job.

I have not requested compensation, but I do expect a fair review of my case and a proper reply.

I had a dreadful experience with Anglo Pacific. My items were sent back and forth to the airport then one of my packages was left outside my parents empty property in the UK when it was meant to be sent to my address in NZ.
Once I received my packages all of my family heirlooms were smashed and broken. Including hand painted matching vases, plates and mirror. These items were irreplaceable as they belonged to my Grandparents. I was not aware that if I did not take insurance, as these items are irreplaceable, there would be not responsibility taken for this appalling service. I have had no explanation as to why this has happened and the only financial recompense offered has been 40 pounds per damaged box, which does not begin to cover the emotional trauma and expense of these heirlooms. I wanted to add photos of my broken beyond repair items but I am unable to upload them. If I had known this was going to happen I would not have trusted Anglo Pacific and I would still have my beautiful objects intact.
This is an email from the company when I was trying to locate my items. I also, questioned over the phone if my items were still properly protected as they had been moved to and from the airport and then back to my parents empty address and I was assured the items were fine:

Following up on the email below, it would appears that the consignment is being returned to us by the courier company, TNT, due to an error. Unfortunately, no satisfactory explanation has been provided for this issue, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

TNT is currently arranging the delivery of the remaining piece to our premises. Once it has been received, we will promptly rebook the shipment and provide you with a new tracking number.

Please be assured that we will closely monitor the new shipment to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

We truly regret any disruption this may have caused and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.

Please think very carefully about using this company. I expect they will answer this review by saying I should have used insurance but as I mentioned earlier I trusted the company with my items and I had no idea this would happen and even if I had taken insurance as these items are irreplaceable what use would it be?

Service has been great! Dominic was our first contact for our international move and he made the process of assessing items for our shipment so simple. He was always just a text away whenever I had questions and he was always so kind and courteous which I really appreciated. He got our shipment registered and passed over to their shipping team where Arman took over our delivery. He was also extremely helpful and responsive.

At first there was an issue with our final destination country then our shipping address - they were listed incorrectly - and as soon as I flagged these Arman corrected them and there have been no further issues and everything has gone smoothly since then.

Erick who led the two man team who packaged our shipment was great. Super quick and efficient and they cleaned up beautifully when they were finished. It's been a great experience with Anglo Pacific and everyone we've worked with there so far. Our delivery is now on our way to us and Arman is still in contact with me to ensure delivery - great service! I would highly recommend using Anglo Pacific if you're relocating.

We shipped in a shared container to reduce costs and expected a delay in things being shipped due to this, which ended up being a total of three months. There was no communication during this time, and only after enquiring at the three month mark when to expect our things were we told they'd be shipped a week later. The company emailed for us to leave a review despite only just having shipped our items.

On arrival around half of our ceramic items were completely broken. They'd been "protected" with single or double layers of paper, all stacked together, in a single box without any fragile labelling. A speaker was packed inside a malleable metal bin causing scratches, another metal bin was crushed being packed with other heavy items. Coat rack was in two boxes stacked together with no protective packaging and the base was snapped off on arrival.

All furniture was inadequately protected and damaged with scratches to the face of a drinks cabinet, a large hole in the leg of our dining table, and other deep scratches on a side board.

I advised them of the things being broken immediately and they were prompt to reply to say they would look into things. I had trouble getting someone to get a quote regarding the furniture, and they said it wasn't an issue to wait to get the quote and send the information all at once. They only sent the form with broken items to the insurance company and none of the supporting photos I sent. The insurance company then refused to cover some items as I had not sent the information within a week, despite being told by the company this would be fine.

To top it off most of the broken crockery can't be replaced where I am and will be expensive to ship from the UK, and the shipping also can't be covered by the insurance.

They provided guidance and support throughout the process, made the stressful process easy, Excellent communication, efficiency, transparency, courtesy and reliable. Good customer care and they treat customers with dignity regardless of status. The crew was very helpful and respectful, cost efficient than other options
