An affordable and good service, most of their team especially Dominic where exactly understanding and helpful. Our move was handled very quickly and well. Our collection was in April and arrived by July the collection team used in the UK where really good and very informative.

Precious cargo, safely delivered
I needed to ship some vintage 40kg speakers from UK to New Zealand. The Anglo Pacific International team not only made it cost effective, but constructed a beautiful crate and padding around the speakers to keep them safe on their journey. They arrived in perfect condition.

I had Excellent, Friendly, and Flexible Service
I had a great experience with this shipping company. They were incredibly flexible, friendly, and provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. I was packing up our home of 10 years on my own to move from the UK to Australia, which was a challenging task, but they made the whole process much more manageable.
They were professional, helpful, and handled our belongings with care. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, which really helped ease the stress. I’m very grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and considerate moving service.

Professional, Efficient, Excellent Communication
The communication throughout the whole experience has been brilliant. The speed and quality at which the removal specialists conducted their work to pack up our whole house in 3 days to ship to the other side of the world has been incredible. I even forgot about a pram which we needed for the flight ourselves but had accidentally been packed on day 1, they were able to locate it and send it back to us by day 3. Very helpful and professional people and company. Would definitely recommend to others and use again if needed.

Arman and his team were very good from the start. Always in contact and available for any queries we had. The team collecting our home worked bloomin hard considering it was the hottest day of year! I gave them plenty of cild drinks, ice lollies etc. Our home is way to Cape Town and hopefully will get by October with nothing a miss. Thank you Arman and team.

In our opinion Anglo Pacific are a great team of helpful people, once we decided to make our move to Thailand and gave them the dates, we’d like to move the wheels were put in motion. Within a short time, our goods had been collected and on route, we arrived in Thailand a few weeks later. Our goods arrived at our door 440 kilometres from Bangkok 14 weeks after collection, all intact and zero damage. We would like to thank all the team at the UK end and all the team at the Thai end, everyone has been courteous from start to finish we cannot praise everyone involved enough. No fuss no mess just a great service, not what we expected, it was better than we expected, we are over the moon.

Continuing Poor Service
Following on from my previous review on the of 2nd July about the poor service, I did eventually get some traction with an email from the company to have my son's belongings collected. However that is where it has stopped. I have emailed the company twice in the past week with no response to date, to see if my son's belongings were paired together as there were separate collections and if they have been shipped back to Australia. I now have no reassurance if his personal belongings have been lost or where they are. This is more distressing than them not being collected. It is nearly a month since we started this process. If we are lucky, his stuff may make it back to Australia before Xmas if they haven't been lost.
The lack of communication and care from this company is a joke and I would never recommend them.
I plea with you Anglo Pacific to please contact me directly to sort this out.

I have no complaints, they very easily organised a quotation by a video consultation. I have had every question I had answered quickly and accurately. It was very easy to sort out the insurance. The person who came to pack my things did an excellent job and I now have Arman Amnir as my move manager, who has done well to keep me in the loop regarding the movement and ETA of my belongings.
I feel very secure that everything I have sent will arrive safely at my destination, with the correct papers and no unexpected dramas. I look forward to being reunited with my bits and pieces :)
