Half way through and so far so good
I'm in the middle of my move with Anglo Pacific. They've packed up my flat and my items are in storage pending an overseas shipment.
I've been very happy with them so far. Jag was very responsive and patient at the quoting stage, and worked hard to make it work for my move and requirements. Then Arman took over for the logistics and everything so far has gone perfectly smoothly. They sent a crew of three people who were very professional, kind and helpful, and from what I was able to see did a good job with the packing. Then a second truck and crew came to load all of the items.
Moving is stressful but Jag, Arman, and the crew definitely lifted a weight off my shoulders, and I can highly recommend them based on everything so far.
I still need to receive my items on the other end, so hopefully everything will arrive in good condition and I'll update the review afterwards. Cheers.

I am using the services of Anglo pacific to move some items to Australia.
From the very first phone call they were easy to deal with. They were very helpful especially as I had limited access to printers ect. The guys who came to pick up the stuff were pleasant quick and respectful of the items. Arman Amnir has been in touch all the way through , keeping me up to date and making sure everything was done correctly! Thank you.

So glad I stopped by here to check them out before paying them any money or enlisting their services. I have received a quote and I have subsequently tried to contact them on numerous occasions to discuss certain matters (customs etc), but fortunately, they never answer the phone or respond to any emails. Enthusiastic & quick to respond
I found Arman and Jack very quick to respond and helpful to coordinate with both from Australia and the UK. It was at times frustrating losing 24hrs in responses where they hadn't answered the full set of questions I'd sent over but we got there in the end, and I'm now eagerly awaiting receipt of all my possessions at the other end! I was recommended Anglo Pacific by a friend and I would definitely recommend them onwards.

Stellar service from start to finish
We have had a great experience from start to finish with Anglo Pacific. Dominic, who did a video survey of our belongings, was very thorough and explained the whole process to me. Then Arman, who has guided us through the whole process of customs forms, organising the shipping date and keeping in touch with us throughout the morning on move date, he has been absolutely fantastic. And finally, the team who packed our belongings yesterday were so helpful, professional and cheerful. I can’t fault anything, it’s been such a smooth process.
