I pre ordered a figure for the first time and i just received it and its perfect and well packaged. I'm so glad I chose anifigz you guys are amazing and I'll be ordering more for sure totally would recommend to others😁

I love this site! Easy to use, deliveries come quickly after dispatch and in perfect condition. Great family run business with good communication.

I have bought many items from AniFigz over the years and I've never recieved a broken or damaged item. This was my first time receiving a pre-order and it was dispatched and delivered in quick order.

Ordered a figure that was in stock. Order took about a week to arrive, but the quality of the figure was worth the wait. Planning to pre order some more now :)

Yet again, great service!! Well packed and good comms.. Thanks

Item delivered well packaged with good customer support, thank you! :)

I'm absolutely in love with it! It was worth the few months wait xD
And when I bas questions they were super quick to reply and very nice about it

I received the package and it wasn't a cat

Product packed in good condition , fast delivery.

Ordered when the shop was shut expected they might have to work through a backlog of orders but was pleasantly surprised they dispatched first thing on the day they said they'd be back. Item came well packaged, I am already planning my next order.

figure arrived quickly and was well wrapped/very secure in the package. Will deffo order from AniFigz again!

To pre order is straight forward, AniFigz also keep you updated with release dates changing. The items are always well packed. I have not had a problem with an item, I purchase them for Birthdays & Christmas they are not opened straight away. I have used AniFigz for years, a very reliable company.

Great shopping experience, they were selling the RuriDragon Ruri Aoki Nendoroid for the lowest price of all UK retailers and even had free shipping.

Promptly shipped and received after placing my order, the packaging was secure enough though could have been a bit sturdier to withstand the courier handling.

Would be great for the products to show reviews and ratings so that other buyers are aware that this is a legitimate store.

Figure delivered quickly & was very carefully packaged. I bought a Marin Kitagawa figure & it’s perfect- a fully authentic figure & the details are amazing. 10/10 would buy from here again!

All my orders have arrived well in perfect condition and customer service is really great thank you

Pre ordered figure arrived in good condition. Good communication from AniFigz. Product is of good quality. 10/10

Good service, as usual!

Delivered on time, good user experience.

Dubious as always using a new site but glad I went ahead! One item in my order was out of stock and I was quickly told and refunded this. My other item came quickly, was well packaged and was a SUPER good deal! Definitely added to my roster of UK anime stores :)
