AniFigz Reviews

Dubious as always using a new site but glad I went ahead! One item in my order was out of stock and I was quickly told and refunded this. My other item came quickly, was well packaged and was a SUPER good deal! Definitely added to my roster of UK anime stores :)

I've ordered from this business multiple times now, I have received around 6 figures from them this year. They are always fast and convenient for me, while also being reasonably priced. I recommend them if you're looking for a local company

such a great experience !
the prices are great and they have such a good selection of products
I received updates on my pre order as soon as it had been received and shipped out ! Thank you :)

Sales is really worth it!

Delivery is fast, packaging is very sturdy with paper paddings.

Packaged brilliantly as always and informed every step of the way.

AniFigz have never once left me disappointed! Figures are always perfect packaged with more than enough padding to avoid damage to the box, great updated if a pre-order is delayed, and overall just a wonderful shopping experience. They're my go-to for figure shopping in the UK

Best customer support
Pre-ordered 3 figures, had an issue with customs when they were arriving. Had to ask Anifigz team for some invoice clarification, they were really quick with responses and super helpful. Checked in with me if figures arrived, made sure that the next batch will arrive smoothly. Truly the best customer support experience. Hope them all the best ❤️

So easy to order and my order came in record time! I love that UK has free shipping so there were no added costs, either. Very upfront and concise!!

Anifigz is a great website.
Fast delivery too!

Probably not the cheapest due to waiting a bit too long and deciding I wanted the figure, but it was very well packaged and arrived on time.

I was informed in good time that my package was arriving. Thank you.
