Excellent response time and great service
Ordered a product from them first time, was sent it via Special 1pm delivery and the staff responded extremely fast. Highly recommend this store, only issue was the outer box was damaged badly ( but royal mail is to blame for that) but the product was safe :) Will order again.

Excellent service.
Came across this website close to Christmas. My daughter wanted specific figures. Ordered 4 items in total 3 arrived in excellent time and one is a preorder which I’ve had updates on release. Just ordered another and it came within a week. Really good service and well packed items.
Thank you 😊

Great place to buy manga!
I bought manga from OtakuHype for the first time and was really pleased. Wide variety and great prices and my order arrived quickly (especially considering it was during the holiday season) and was well packaged. Will definitely shop here again if volumes I need are in stock!
