Response was quick and efficient

My GP Practice is Wonderful. They really try very hard to be the Best they can. Nowhere is ever 100%. I think I am Extremely lucky to have such a great GP Practice.
I have been with them for nearly 30 years and they have got me through some Really tough times. I am very grateful to them. GP’s don’t get enough praise for the really tough job they do and the responsibility they take on. The nurses and admin staff are also very professional and helpful. We have a very knowledgeable and experienced Senior Nurse Practitioner.

Enquiries almost always get acted on quickly unlike many Surgeries. They seem to have a very good ‘on the day’ model of triaging and responding to enquiries/requests for an appointment.

All I can say is Thankyou to all of you.

The process was quick, straightforward and easy to use. I was able to book my appointment without any difficulty, which made the whole experience very convenient.

I had a straightforward question and received a straightforward reply.
However , I dislike the system as it keeps people at arms length and is clearly designed to manage scarce resources in these increasingly straitened times.
It also discriminates against those with least tech knowledge and ability.

Sadly I am getting on in years therefore I liked the response I got. My experience was of suprise, feeling people do care by looking after individuals. Thank you

Very disappointing experience. Communication has been extremely poor and I have repeatedly received unclear or conflicting information. I have had to contact the service several times just to understand what is happening with my care. The waiting and response times have been much longer than expected, which is particularly stressful when dealing with an important and time-sensitive medical issue. I feel that my concerns have not been handled with the urgency or clarity they deserve. Patients should not have to repeatedly chase different departments to get basic information about their care. I hope the service improves its communication, coordination and response times.

I sent an anima and within 10 minutes I had a phone call ..dr monnery was so good,he put my mind at rest … my cancer journey is stressful enough.. but today’s anima request was excellent.. keep up the good work cosham park house … your amazing

My request for a repeat prescription was dealt with and I received a confirmation email in just a matter of a few minutes; quicker than if I had phoned.
