The pots are great. The only down side is the handles and lids get so hot, hope they can improve on this!

We appreciate your input regarding the handles and lids getting hot, The handles on your Anolon cookware are manufactured from stainless steel, which is in itself a relatively poor conductor of heat. However, depending upon the length of cooking time and the temperature used, they will conduct some heat.
The sensitivity of the individual user can also affect the amount of “hotness” that is felt. It is for this reason that we do recommend, in the use and care instructions to use an oven glove/cloth when handling the pans. Thanks - Consumer Care

Non stick pan set cannot be used with high heat.
We purchased a six pan set in 2020. We did look for a company that were well reviewed because it was our first expensive set. Unfortunately, within a year one pan's non stick surface had failed. The customer service team were great and replaced it, although with a different pan because they had discontinued the range.
In the subsequent couple of years we have used all the pan's regularly. Another saucepan has had a failure in its non-stick surface and both frying pans have changed in texture, colour and become almost porous and very unsatisfactory to use and clean.
As the pan's have a life time guarantee I checked the terms and conditions and emailed about our issues. Essentially, we have been told that the frying pans should not be used at high heat as this can damage the surface. Clearly, the nature of a frying pan is to cook quickly, with heat. So, this is very inconvenient and is not stipulated any where in the guide. Anolon do say that due to the pans distribution of heat they can be used at low to medium heat but this is not an instruction not to use them with heat. They do also state that using the non stick pans at high heat will void the warranty. My feeling is this information is not made clear and provides a good get out clause from any damage.
So, we are left with two frying pans which due to using them with heat are no longer useable. And two saucepans with failures to the non stick surface.
Analon have offered us 20% off an alternative set but I think in the future we will use alternative brands. Although the Customer service team have been swift to reply the situation does not feel adequately resolved. Four out of the original six are not useable within three years of purchase.
Unfortunately, I can't see any way to post supporting photos but I'm sure I'll find a way.
I must say the replacement pan they sent us is fantastic. I've included a picture of that too. So, if you are buying from Analon I would stick to the silver, non surfaced pans. It's been used at heat and still looks fab.

Bought two pans that came damaged
Bought two pans that came damaged. Wrote customer service and received no response after 6 weeks. Followed up twice. It's now been 9 weeks with no response to my inquiry or answer to my follow-up emails. No answer on the customer service phone line either. I'm extremely upset with how much I paid for damaged pans with no response. I'll be disputing the credit card charge as I've told them in two email follow-ups.
In response to Anolon’s comment. I’ve already contacted you there and followed up several times. No response.

Great set of pans
Great set of pans, but don't feel as 'heavy' as the Anolon set we are replacing. We used our old set for 10 years + and only ordered new ones due to the surface area deteriorating (scratched). Despite their lighter weight we hope these last as long!

Better non-stick surface
The non-stick surface looks much better than other products and my bread tipped straight out of the tin with no trouble.
