This is a great travel bag & backpack. It is very elegant and with made quality materials. I was able to carry a large laptop and other items. After a 2 weeks, it still looks brand new.

Fast shipping, seemingly good luggage, this will be my first time using the brand. My confidence is not high with them having been sold three times in ten years, the product made in .cn, but perhaps the lifetime warranty, which is rather new, will help if something goes wrong. The reason for four stars instead of five is the way a discount was handled. My wife and I purchased two carry-on pieces with the 25% spring sale code. She decided she needed one size larger. Customer service was responsive and helpful. The return process was easy. Unfortunately we could not get the same 25% discount on the larger size as the sale had ended. The downside of ordering online and waiting for shipping, versus traditional brick and mortar purchasing where you can see it in person I suppose. I understand they are under no obligation to honor prices from a sale that has passed. However truly excellent customer service would have been to honor this as an exchange and charge the difference between the sale prices. Instead we just returned it, got the refund minus $10, and waited for the next sale, which was 20% off less than a month later. In the end the price difference was only $5 and I ended up getting another $7.80 from my credit card shopping perk, so I feel satisfied with the outcome. Later this year when we end up using the luggage I will see if I can update this review for the actual quality, or leave a review on their website.

The tags are attractive, distinctive and seem durable. Hope no one swipes them.

The bag looks great and came quickly. I look forward to using it on my trip to Ireland in a couple weeks.

Great support and prompt responses

I was sent the wrong luggage. Instead of arranging pickup of wrong luggage, Antler made me take time off my work, drive my car, use my gas to stand in line at the post office to return Antler’s mistake. You can only get in touch with Antler by email. Their customer service is terrible. Antler should have offered some real compensation for this inconvenience. This would have been the 5th bag we bought from Antler. Instead we bought from another company. Antler is off our list!

Received the carry on but had a couple of issues. There is no from pockets on a soft sider and the biggest issue was the zippers! The were impossible to work. I ended up sending it back and haven't received my refund yet. Hope it comes soon. I have to purchase another one.

Poor Quality Control. Item arrived with a defective and misaligned handle and straps. Returned the product for a refund.

You shipped my bag to the wrong address and did nothing to help me.

I bought Antler travel bags, and I am very happy I bought this backpack for work and everyday use. It’s very high quality, has plenty of space, and is very comfortable to carry on my back. Several coworkers have asked me where I bought it so they can get one too. I recommend it 100%.

wish it had a zippered inside cover, the straps allow little things to migrate, delivered as said, 4 days.

I have submitted a review already .. Reason for 4 stars is it tips over when handling through doorways and difficult to control on escalators. I see the light color used 1x became scuffed with dark marks.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. My luggage arrived stained and not even zipped properly, which is unacceptable for a brand-new item. I immediately contacted customer service requesting an exchange, and although they sent me a label, the only option available was for a return—not an exchange like I asked for.

I followed up multiple times (three emails) to get this corrected, and the issue still has not been resolved. I am now stuck with a damaged item and no proper support from the company.

This level of service is frustrating and unprofessional. I expected much better, especially when dealing with a defective product.

I am so happy with my new Antler carry-on roller bag! It’s well designed, rolls easily and is so lightweight! Bag arrived quickly. As a dedicated carry-on traveler, I’m thrilled with this new addition to my luggage!

I was excited to receive this, but it arrived with visible scuffs and uneven discoloration—unexpected for a brand-new suitcase at this price.

The return process for a damaged item was more involved than it should have been. Despite returning it unused in the original packaging, it required multiple steps, follow-ups, and delays, including waiting for inspection before a refund is processed.

Customer support was polite and responsive, but the overall experience didn’t reflect the level of quality or service the brand claims to offer.
