Just that the item wasn’t what I expected it to be. Also have to wait for them to approve my request for refund, so I need to wait and stay with an item I wasn’t satisfied with.

I have yet to receive my order
I have yet to receive my order. I ordered and even signed up for the Black Friday notifications so I could get this in time for stocking stuffers and have yet to receive it. I tout this company to everyone I know but this is severely disappointing me and making me considering deleting my app. Where is my order and why did I bother to spend this much money for something that has yet to ship?

Ordering was easy and straightforward. The day after I placed my preset, I was contacted by one of your owners to ensure I was satisfied and to let me know whom to contact and how should I have any issues or questions (which I did not). Upon receiving the figit box I was contacted again to ensure everything went well. I never needed assistance but it was offered at every step of the ordering and shipping process.

Much smalleer than pictured
The toy was everything needed and I thought it would be a source of continuous enjoyment. Unfortunately it was only 1 inch and not 8 -10 inches as it looked in the photo.
