Buttons / switches are "mushy"
The fidget cube's "fidgets" aren't all that great. The switch isn't "clicky" - it's more "mushy". Same with 3 of the 5 buttons. While OK, it just seems disappointing for what could have been great.

1 out of 2 Fidget Cubes Defective
I ordered two fidget cubes, one was fine and the other has a broken switch and a metal ball that doesn't roll smoothly.
I contacted customer service to request instructions for a return and exchange for the defective cube and was told to submit a video of the cube, which I did. It's now been 2 days and I haven't heard anything back.

Extremely slow shipping
The shipping partner has been transferring the package to USPS since 9/7. It’s now 9/11. Other than that everything was fine.

It's been 8 days and I don't have it yet.
They sent me an email asking for a review and told me to be honest so that's what I'm doing

Did not deliver in expected window and still had not been delivered. Expected delivery of today is not possible given latest update from UPS. No updates from Antsy Labs.

Thank you so much! I had an antsy labs cube as my very first fidget cube, but I lost it. I have been searching for the same one I had, but could not find it UNTIL THIS ORDER CAME MY WAY!!! It is perfect for me. I love the color, and all the sides work as promised. My only criticism is that it came slightly dirty, with some weird brown smudging.

This cube really works!
The delivery went as planned and the product really helps! I used it at a location where my anxiety kicks in a lot every time and it helped maintain it til it eventually passed. I love this fidget cube!

Happy despite some changes to their fidget cube
Their website was very easy to navigate, prices were decent, and my package shipped very quickly! I had a fidget cube from them years ago that I dropped and broke, so I finally bought another one. My only criticism is that some features of the fidget cube changed slightly (the joystick is flatter now, the 5 buttons are hard plastic rather than having a rubber coating, and the light switch side feels very loose). But overall I am happy with my purchase

Great product, hopefully more options in the future
Great product! I bought the fidget cube to try to bring some of my screen time down and break a bad habit of hair twirling. So far, so good. I only wish there was more of a description of which sides were silent and which sides made sounds.
Or even better, I wish there was a totally silent version (if even possible). For the people that wanna keep things lowkey but still wanna fidget :)
