Must say the service i received after I had a problem with my sliver tote bag (2 marks on it) was so professional.
I sent back the bag and within the week I had a replacement bag which i love, so happy with it.
Do not hesitate to order, stunning bag.

I pre-ordered a tote which didn't take very long to arrive. I changed my mind & wanted to exchange it for the zipped version. I dealt with Amy in customer service & she was extremely helpful & professional in her approach. I wouldn't hesitate in purchasing from Anxious Preocupied as I will be again. Their product is beautiful & packaged very nicely. Well done!

I ordered a bag in April and was told that it was being made and was given vague delivery, which was then delayed. The bag was expensive so I was a little worried however I have just received my mid sized tote and I am totally blown away by the quality feel and size of the bag, it is gorgeous! Totally worth the wait . Also I had a question during the ordering process and customer service was excellent kept in touch and offered full refund if I wanted it, I didn’t and I am so glad I didn’t I Highly recommend this company I have already placed an order for another! Great products and great customer service! I bought on pre-order and was clear on when the products would be sent out…received everything when expected and have had two batches of orders now! The oversized bag is HUGE. The clutch that comes with it was just grand for evenings out and they give you masses of straps!

Honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced!! Really fast , really pleasant and made the changes I requested instantly. On my second bag and adore them but the customer service is equally good!

I reached out to customer service and Amy was able to add on my discount leading to a refund for the difference! She was very kind and sorted the saturation the same day. I recently made my 1st purchase of mid tote+ organiser and bumbag. All on pre-order so completely aware of wait time and kept informed with updates . Bumbag arrived in wrong colour and Amy had it all sorted with correct colour and rtn label in 48hrs. Genuinely great customer service and resolution. Consumers are too quick to criticize and expect instant results...a little patience and understanding goes a long way. The bigger companies out there could take a leaf from your book Anxious Preoccupied + Amy on what great customer service looks like. Am DELIGHTED with my bags😍

Got a large silver tote as a present and love it but noticed recently the silver is completely gone from the handles which are now white. As its so big I just use it for trips away so has only been used 5 or 6 times. Contacted customer service but got no joy. Offered me 15% off my next purchase. Dissapointing.

Not sure how this company is meeting standards to actually supply goods................... bag ordered 8th of June still has not arrived.
Guess what? You don't even get a date for estimated delivery just a month , so fingers crossed for july absolutely ridiculous . Would actually love to cancel the order but it was a requested gift from my daughter. I would have taught we had better trading standards in ireland.

I ordered a mid size bag last month, it was pre-order, but naively assumed that if they are selling them, they must be expecting a delivery soon.

Original email said delivery by July, then second emaill said sometime in July and third that they can't guarantee a delivery date.

I wish I had checked out the reviews before I purchased. It looks like everyone buying the preorder mid size bags are still waiting months and months later.

I'm such a fan of JMN and of AP, but please, please, stop selling something you don't have. I'm getting serious Rathwood Vibes.

Ordered the mid bag in March to use as my baby bag. Baby due in June.

Got email to say will be April, then May, then June. When the email came in to say July but offered a discount on next order we just requested a refund as the baby was then a week old.

Still getting ads on socials for the bags.
The refund came through pretty quick though and I ordered a lovely bag with an Irish local owned business Rosie and Dott which arrived 2 days after ordering and is perfect.

Fantastic customer service. From the minute I contacted them about an issue I had with my purchase they dealt with it straight away and updated me along the way. I received a replacement bag within a week. I'm so happy with the replacement bag and the communication from Amy was excellent.
