Bought a bag for a trip away and absolutely love it. Everyone asked where I got it as I went through customs and I was stopped on the street when away. I wear it regularly and I have to say the quality is exceptional and such a good price point. Highly recommend.

Beautiful bags from a wonderful Irish brand.
I am a fan of AP bags and have 4 to date. I have always been happy with the quality and enjoy supporting an Irish business. Recently I had an issue with one of my bags and I must say the customer service received was outstanding. Amy was friendly and efficient and resolved my issue within the day. Great to see them now being stocked in many mainstream outlets.

Not good quality or worth the hype
I was really excited to order the new micro silver bag and it arrived and I honestly was shocked at how poor the quality was. The strap was so flimsy and the bag doesn’t even hold its shape. Absolute waste of money! Then when I sent it back they actually refunded me €10 less because that was shipping cost.. even though I paid the shipping and had to pay a further €10 to send it back. So so so bad!

Hi Eaven, Thank you for sharing your experience—we’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the quality and with the return process. We always want our customers to love their bags and feel good about shopping with us. We refunded based on the reason provided for the return, which was that the bag was too small, and our company policy deducts shipping costs in these cases. Small retailers regularly do this. If you weren’t happy with the quality, we absolutely want to know more, as that helps us improve. Please get in touch at hi@anxiouspreoccupied.com, and we’d be glad to look into this further and see how we can help. Thanks again for your feedback. The AP Team x

Sadly really poor quality
Absolutely love the bag and was so excited to get it but have only used it a couple of times and silver has come off the handles so it looks cheap and tacky already. Complete waste of money unfortunately : (

Hi Sarah, Thank you for your feedback. We’re so sorry to hear about your experience with the handles—this is not the quality we want for our customers. Please send us your order details to hi@anxiouspreoccupied.com and we’d be happy to arrange a replacement or find another solution that will make this right. Just to note also on newer bags we have a non metallic handle solution so this won't happen again. Thanks again, The AP Team x
lovely bag, bad quality
I purchased a bag which arrived damaged, after much negotiation a refund was given.
The silver is now coming off the handle and the company have confirmed that this is a manufacturing default. They will not replace the bag.
Very disappointed for such a nice product.
Lovely bag, shame about the quality.

Hi Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with your bag. As mentioned previously, a full refund was already processed at the time of your original concern. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a replacement once a refund has been completed.
We appreciate your understanding and are glad to know you liked the design. Just so you know to prevent this ever happening again we have also changed the handle material to a non metallic durable material. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continue to improve our product. Thank you for your support. The AP Team xx
Oversized gold bag
Ordered a bag and a print, having got a bit of a bargain in the black Friday sale.
Arrived in a really timely manner, and with great packaging. The bag itself is beautiful.
The mother better like it :)
