Fantastic experience from start to finish. The attention to detail and efforts to make you feel comfortable and informed are perfect.
You are encouraged to move and mingle which is brilliant as you never feel alone in the process. I would highly recommend Apera.

Was here from 19th May. Everything went smoothly from collection at airport to hotel, pick up in morning for clinic then to hospital.

Looked after well throughout. Translator was excellent so never struggled. Hospital immaculate and hubby looked after. Some nice food places around area and Starbucks cafe if hospital food not to your taste. Would not hesitate in recommending.

Apera were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! I'm not going to lie the pain from the operation can be brutal at times but the nurses, doctors and translators are there at every stage and are very reassuring and supportive. I love how thorough they are with making sure you are fit and healthy. More pre-operative tests than England. Nurses have been so fast to respond when called and particularly when asked for medication. When you tell them you need something a little stronger than paracetamol they respond accordingly. Special mention to Can who has been amazing throughout, checking in all the time, letting us know when he's arrived and he's leaving and reassuring us that he is available to be called if needed when he goes home, he goes above and beyond for patients and we thank him profusely for his fantastic support throughout. My coordinator Cansu was excellent and very responsive to any questions I had and very informative. Doctor Ertan was lovely and very thorough, he even noticed my husbands ecig paraphernalia on the windowsill and questioned whether it was mine as I said I didn't smoke, he's a lovely man. The doctors, nurses, cleaning and catering staff have all been amazing. 100% would recommend Apera.

Nursing a taff are very attentive and quick to respond to buzzer.
Translators are reassuring and very friendly.
Doctors have been amazing.
Rooms are immaculate and look like a hotel room. Definitely recommend.

I had a gastric sleeve with Apera. I would recommend them.
I am very happy the operation went very well . And I received an outstanding care service . Mr John he was my coordinator and translator also the nurses and domestic ladies were excellent. And would love of course to thank the sergeant Cengiz Ertan he is one of the best sergeant that I would recommend to anyone and again Thanks everyone making my life easier and making me happy . All I can say Apera clinic is the best clinic I would recommend to anyone.

My experience with apera was excellent from start to finish I cant fault them, my only criticism would be they need a translator at night as it's quite scary when no one understands you or in an emergency, other than that the staff were amazing and friendly the surgeon was so funny and kind and came every day to see me and my progress. I'm 1 week post up and a stone down already im excited to see what the future holds for me. Thank you apera 🥰

I have just returned back to England following a gastric sleeve operation and all I can say is that I cannot fault anything about Apera. My coordinator Can has been very helpful from the first day I contacted them and the operation went on successfully and so far I’m feeling good.

My experienc with Arepa clinic is amazing... 5☆ ... the transfer the hotel and the clinic .... everything perfect.. the staff is very nice and friendly...nurses,drivers, doctors, the traslators.. and Petek is the best .. she always is there when i ask something.. i recomend 100%... everyone are very profesional

Had my gastric sleeve on the 4th May 2023. The staff were amazing at apera from the moment I booked to the moment of my surgery. My lovely translator John was fantastic. He came in to check on myself and answered any questions I had. Defo recommend apera.

Had gastric sleeve procedure at Apera all I can say totally recommend them I’m from Scotland and the way the look after u all through ur procedure is outstanding thank u everyone that helped me through my journey at Apera.

At the beginning I was scared but once the formalities where out the way and got to the hospital everybody was really nice settled me in and got the op done without any hassle our English entrepreneur John was amazing nothing was a problem and the surgeon was also amazing coming up and speaking to you each day to make sure you where done all in all the whole experience has been great and I would recommend this to anybody looking to have it done

The majority of the experience was smooth and professional, clear instructions to meet the driver at the airport, nice air conditioned van, met straight away at the clinic and then moved to the hospital where we were taken to a patient room straightaway. Only criticism would be the organisation and communication regarding the day of the surgery, that it might be on the day of arrival but could also be the day after arrival, there seemed to be a rush to get the surgery done day 1, hardly had time to settle before being given a gown and socks, no time to call family or relax after the journey. Other than that I have no issues/complaints.

Very friendly- looked after right from the start, hotels beautiful, hospital outstanding. Nurses on the ball to help you - you get to meet and chat with your surgeon who is so funny and best of all John the translator he’s so kind and caring even on his day off he still came in to check we were ok

I am 5 days post op and i have to give apera a 5 star review, from my initial contact with Petek at arranging the gs and advice before i arrived put any doubts out of my mind. I was picked in a luxury taxi at the airport and the hotel i stayed in for one night was beatiful. I was brought to the hospital next day and it was luxury as well. I met with the surgen who talked me through everything with an interpreter. I traveled alone and the nursing team always checked up on me. I was sent home with 2 months supply of everything i needed and not all hospitals do this. There was no hidden chages either. I would recommend Apere to everyone to is thinking of travelling to turkey for surgery!
