Update on Apex Apex have no customer support team, and ignore messages that are sent with regard to maintenance and subscriptions. You'll find it very hard to cancel your membership once signed up... Toon meer

Totally loving Apex! The bike looks lovely and far more reasonably priced than others we looked at. The app is easy to use and the classes are really motivating! I love the mix of instructors and timed classes allowing for a speedy spin if I’m rushed for time and long rides when time permits! Music choices are great too. Wouldn’t be without it!
I bought my Apex bike just after the pandemic. As me and my fiancée are both doctors getting time to exercise can be tricky. Apex has totally changed that. We’re both able to hop on the bike at a moments notice and the classes are great quality
What can I say about Apex other than the bike is exceptionally well built. I am 6 ft 5 and my wife is 5ft 4 and it fits us both.
The classes are great I tend to do more on demand but that’s just because of my work/life balance. I’m glad to see Duncan is back keep up the good work Apex. Loyal customer since before lockdown. 👍🏻👍🏻
I have never been as consistent in working out in my entire life. I bought my Apex bike in January 2023 and have been using it 4-5 times a week since. Had a few issues last year with the app but this year it has been problem free and has been a joy to ride. Keeps me sane as a busy working mum. Recommended to people who have gone on to buy the bike themselves.
Absolutely horrendous. App does not work, make it very hard to cancel, charge you even after you have. Avoid.

My most recent review was a very negative affair based on my experience with Apex at that moment in time. So quite harsh but in my opinion at the time fair.
Since then everything has changed. I held off on my review for 6 months just to make sure it wasn’t another false dawn. My broken bike was replaced free of charge and Apex has gone through a complete reboot. It is now back to its best. New and interesting rides every week. Four live rides a week though I would like to see a 0600 morning ride as they all happen when I am at work except Saturday. The new instructors are all excellent but I would highly recommend Elliot, Emma & Emily. The customer service is also back on track. I have fallen in love with my bike all over again. There are a couple of down sides still. The App still needs a lot of work and the instructors need to interact with the leader board in Live Rides or it just feels like an on demand class. They used to in the early days and getting a shout out spurred you on. And just to put the cherry on the top Duncan has just come back to Apex as an instructor. Keep up the good work Apex as it is currently money well spent.

App is a complete waste of money. First few attempts of using, I kept being greeted with an error message. Clearly a bug or fault. Apex customer service were useless and I couldn’t get into the app for the first two months.
After finally being able to get onto the app, I kept getting issues with sound and Bluetooth connection. So much that I gave up using it. I kept paying the subscription as I knew you had to subscribe for a year when you bought the bike in their January sale.
I have since tried to cancelled my subscription and the loops you have to jump through are ridiculous. They find taking no hard for an answer. After emailing their customer service and requesting that they cancel my subscription. I was charged again the following month because I did not fill out a ‘form’. Will I receive a refund…most likely not. Do I feel robbed…absolutely. I do not recommend this service and very disappointed with how it’s turned out.

Paid to have the bike installed in November 2023 and it had a fault which I reported that day. 5 months later and I still have the faulty bike. Customer service make repeated promises that parts will be sent to my house and an engineer will come and repair the bike but nothing happens. I message Apex monthly as they never get in touch with me with an update. On top of this, they keep charging my monthly membership for a bike I cannot use. They have my money and appear to not have any incentive to resolve this for me.
Really fantastic classes, which motivate me and I can do in the comfort of my home! Loving the hill rides, they set me up for the day. Highly recommend!

The rides are more varied with some of shorter duration which is helpful.
I like seeing the lights in the studio and the Apex sign as well as hearing the music.

Customer service is terrible and will continue to charge you even when you place a pause on your account. Subscription option is misleading. Avoid and stick with other bike distributors

I’m really enjoying my bike; it is comfortable and sturdy. Pedaling is smooth and the resistance is easy to adjust. When I first subscribed to the classes, the company seemed to be going through a tough patch, with very few new rides. Now, there is plenty of variety with live classes, new teachers, and new on-demand classes every week. The classes are encouraging and motivating.

I’ve had my bike for a few years now and I genuinely don’t know where I’d be without it. It’s an integral part of my weekly routine and makes life so much easier having it right there at home. Have always enjoyed the classes but have been absolutely loving the new ones in their new studio and the new instructors - I used to do some of their in person classes a couple of years ago so it’s incredible to be able to ride with them from home, especially for 29.99 a month which isn't much more than what one single class costs at Psycle or somewhere similar. Things seem to be getting bigger and better so can’t wait to see what more is to come! Couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Had the bike for a month and love it! The classes are superb with every level of fitness catered for. The bike is excellent quality and easy to assemble. It is such good value compared to others on the market. If your looking for a spin bike and an opportunity to really shape up, look no further.
I have regularly messaged and emailed the customer support team but they take ages to reply, if they reply at all. I had 6 months worth of payments being taken twice and it took weeks to get it resolved and my refund processed. When I first got the bike my subscription locked me out and I was not able to use the app for almost a month - again due to delays with their customer service team not responding or dealing with queries
