Just over a year and a half ago, I was reading these reviews trying to work out if this was a legit company and people we could trust to handle our business rates. Our experience couldn't have gone better, it was straight forward, effortless and communication was always prompt and efficient. We had two cases and they were successful both times. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Again, one last time, a really great company and pleasure to deal with. I would recommend using these guys- they went above and beyond to help me, my case was particularly confusing due to new layout of the premises and Non Domestic Rates making it almost impossible to appeal- but these guys persisted! Ive passed their details onto various other friends in business and they have all been equally happy with the service provided!
